I just want to make it clear, I NEVER said or suspected a "scam" concerning the PMs from "chronicsky"!! I think he's a really nice guy and in all communications we had he gave me NO reason to think otherwise. I did however try to make the point, the timing of the latest PM was a bit weird and anyone could have felt it a little odd.
This happened twice right after an announcement from the dev that was being waited on for long period of time. I know personally neither was connected as I have had much back and forth communication with chronicsky and think he's a cool dude!
I also tried to be extremely respectful with my critique towards the dev and the project, I hope I did not offend.....my intents were only in the interest of the community, which from all I have seen are a group of some pretty cool and respectful peeps:-)

Please, test the new wallet. POS works great for me, but we need more open wallets to work really fast.

Meanwhile I have been sent scam pm's trying to sell me KSC, on the "good news." Right... how is that supposed to happen when the blockchain doesn't even work?
KSC has become just another scam with the dev occassionally stringing along hangers-on by offerring false hope.
Expect another post from him soon, offering yet more hope, but nothing will come of that either. Scammers often plea for forgiveness, say they were "sick," or that there was a. funeral, that their electricity was out for a week, their mother is dying, that they just need a short term loan to finish a project... blah blah. It all buys them time & sympathy. The only thing that matters in crypto is performance.
KSC is dead. Good luck with it.

I think i was extremely honest & found the new dev to keep the developement more active. I don't need any forgiveness, i just let everyone know about the situation.

I must say, I too found it VERY strange to have been hit up AGAIN via PM to "buy some KSC" or "loan money with KSC backing it".........RIGHT after you posted some news.
This happened to me, if you remember I was going to do it and you were going to escrow the deal and then disappeared. I felt this first time a few weeks ago that the guy legitimately needed help and was willing to put up more in KSC that he was asking for, was a pretty secure deal for me at the time so was gonna do it. I also believed at the time that KSC was seeing new development and would be on the rise again!
This time however was very suspicious to me as I too received another request from this same person, this was in fact the 3rd time this person contacted me trying to get a loan. I too found it very suspicious because of the timing, literally RIGHT after you posted some news.....he hits people up......also I wondered "how the hell does he expect to honor his side of the deal when the coins cannot even be moved"?
This is the point he was trying to make about this.....it does scream of notions such as scam.
You seem like a nice and honest guy, but the problem as I see it when it comes to you.....is you constantly break your word brother!!! You say you will do this or that and do NOT follow through, you give deadlines which you seem to ALWAYS miss and not typically by days, but by WEEKS or more! You need to be MUCH more cautious with your words and promises, ask yourself before hitting the "post" button, can I 100% follow through with what I am saying to the community....if your answer is ANYTHING but an unequivocal yes, then you need to reword your post so you can answer that as a yes.
Be cautious with what you promise and the deadlines you quote!! If you see that you are going to fail on a promised time with something, get the hell in here by or at that time and let the community know why and what is going on man!! Just like yesterday, you PROMISED something to us YESTERDAY.......you should have posted something here to us YESTERDAY......not today! You realized continuing to do this for ANY reason, makes you an untrustworthy person in the eyes of YOUR community right???

I never knew about these PM's. And there is no connection between my posts or news and these PM's. But some people see scam just everywhere. You can read the thread and see how many times people wrote about scamming intentions, but i was just honestly working. And now i understand that i can't be online too often, that's why i decided to let other developers to work with it.
About loans - that guy did so much for KSC promotion, so i wanted to help. And i wrote that i can be an escrow. My absence has no connection with it. But some people see scam again, it's funny. Everything smells fishy for them.
And i would be very glad if that guy could continue to work with promotion, his work gave really great results.

Thank you for supporting the coin. It's great to see such an active community even when the Dev is absent. I have to admit that KSC needs more active developer. Unfortunately, I can't be such an active developer because of problems with my health, and i don't want the coin to be affected. I've found the new devs to replace me, so they will work almost full-time. I will introduce them on Monday, with the new release (it contains Windows fix). And after that i will visit the thread sometimes as a part of the community. Our designer will continue to work, so our cWallet and promo pics will be beautiful anyway
I haven't forget about pool payouts, my biggest apologies for all the delays. I have to read the last pages of the thread to answer all the questions.

Sorry for the delay with payouts. Please, check your e-mails, everyone should receive a message. Please, confirm your addresses, we are starting to send manual payouts.
As you may know, there are two ways of building the wallet: static (one .exe file) and dynamic (.exe with .dll files).
Windows bug is bigger problem than i thought because we use web-browsing plugin in our wallet, and this plugin makes static build impossible so we have to build dynamic wallets. But if you build dynamic wallet you get that console bug (it is a well-known problem).
We found a temporary solution for the problem, so please wait for the release. It won't take long.

2. KSC have been added to CryptoRush.in voting, but i think that it's better to concentrate on it after we will make sure that PoS is stable. How do you think?
3. We need some extra hours to release the new version. Current version is 1.0.4.
4. All pool payouts will be made tomorrow. Pool is still open, but please don't spend your hashrate, PoW mining now gives 0 reward.

I understand how traditional POS works. You make all the coins and then you get transaction fees from processing transactions. If everyone starts just sending coins to each other then some folks will get POS. The problem is no coins are actually being generated as far as I can see on the block chain, you are just collecting transaction fees. If 114 coins are in existance we need to be creating more coins.
112 coins were generated during POW stage, the rest 2 coins were generated by POS blocks. Take a look at this block for example: http://abe.kashmircoin.org/block/d3da2d2cafbd2b52a390b13307dcfcdc4d671a4531f8f00bfe36600d09d15767
Generated 0,05 KSC is not tx fees.
So we don't need to create wallets & send the coins to each other.

OK. We probably need to set up a mining pool that is POW. Have it all go to a single wallet. Automatically transfer to another wallet every block and pay a 99% transaction fee every time. The trick is how to keep someone who is smart solo-miner from mining once you change back to POW.

OK so Not sure if anyone is on today. The Kashmir pool is back up. The POW is currently working and the block chain is moving fast. I put a miner on the pool and the wallet is reporting the hash rate for the network. So far it looks like the DEV is mining the coins and telling all of us to Stake. 
So I mean it is starting look suspicious and I am about to go to twitter with it.

I don't think that's true , though i am not sure , but he did asked me to put a miner on it some days ago , cos PoS ain't working and for confirmation , untill the problem is solved , the blocks will be confirmed through PoW , though block rewards are zero
OR are you getting any reward?

Oh hey man, I forgot to ask well.........is it ok to do this upgrade before my deposit from 2 days ago hits my exchange account? Assume is ok, but thought I would ask first.
You don't have to resync the blockchain and you can upgrade right now. I the next hours new blocks will be found, then it will come faster. I think tomorrow everything will be working fine with a good speed.

Yeah, I'm not so sure I am liking this slow moving blockchain.
That 1 KSC I sent 2 days ago still shows 0 confirmed on the exchange.

I feel bad I cannot help him when it would help us both.
Dev, if you can help with this as you offered the other day, please let us know. We need it to be safe and secure for us both but don't have any idea how to get around the KSC transfer issue.

Yeah, I'm not so sure I am liking this slow moving blockchain.
That 1 KSC I sent 2 days ago still shows 0 confirmed on the exchange.
In talking with chronicsky, I decided I would sell some of my other holdings to try and help him out with the loan he needs.....made sense and would be beneficial to us both, but no way for him to send me the KSC fast enough to meet his needs. I feel bad I cannot help him when it would help us both.
