Project and ICO wise, have you considered other exchanges apart from Ether Delta? Like coinexchange, mercatox etc? Your roadmap shows that listing on exchanges will be in February, so plenty of time to consider

With ethereum rising in value and acceptance I believe this will be a popular alternative to the sole bitcoin ATMS that you can find currently.
The low transaction fees and ability to earn from these transactions fees can also be a good many saver.

So my question is, what is the roadmap for roiling out to europe, asia and beyond, because I believe availability might be an issue.

Whether it's good or bad I would say depends on the project itself. ICOs are not inherently bad or good, but the projects need to be researched thoroughly, i.e, looking at the concept, team, their current or future development, usefulness or proposed use and team communication. I've seen some Icos that on paper all looks good, but  the teams have poor communication and do not market themselves well (eg active on social media or announcements) this impacts
investors sentiments and ultimately the price in the exchanges.

So in summary, you need to take a holistic view of the project

At first glance, the zero transfer fees does seem attractive, also the fact that the transactions should be instantaneous.

I am curious though, since it will be relying on the peer to peer network for confirmations, how will you handle balancing the load?
