The explanation is very well and the question has been answered, the dev is very active and He/she knew what he is saying about this project that will surely be a success, just carry out what you have been promised on this thread and see you at the peak Smiley
Thanks for your words.
Now we need all the support we can get in order to best manage this project!

What is Blackbox? Is it an app or a software that runs when a computer is running or a tool inserted into some surveillance devices? How does it works? Kindly help me figure out this thing in your project. Since Xmas token is a season coin, what will be the use of this token after the yuletide season?

A we wrote, the system has mainly four components. Virtually a user can decide to install some parts, all or nothing. Depends on the configuration and features you want to achieve.
For example, if the use doesn't want to delegate any processing to the outside, he can create his black box with a Gateway node (tasks distribution, evaluation of the results, connection between nodes, monitoring) and Node/s (processing informations).

These components are a set of modular software, which can be installed for example on a PC, server, cloud, and so on, even on mobile devices.
Obviously this leads to some limitations, some of which can be solved thank to the blockchain, others... we will see in the future.
So at this time we have no plans for the development of specific hardware devices, but surely it will be something  to consider in the future.

Why does XmasCoin is necessarily have to be seasonal? Smiley
As we wrote on the XmasCoin thread, we are also working to create a context and an ecosystem to guarantee its use throughout the year (we have a plan for the promotion in a period opposite the Christmas).
Obviously some choise will depend on how ICO goes.

I am not an expert in this field, but I think that also traditional video surveillance system makes it possible to share a state of alarm with local authorities

Hi Ron302,

Yes, some types of systems currently in use can be connected to the police authorities, some are connected to an operations center and maybe even have an app.
BlackBox is different because it doesn't need an operating center with a human operator and provides a granular control of the functions such as for example it is possible to set a trigger to be activated when a certain circumstance occurs, choose one or more actions to be undertaken, take advantage of a series of "social" functions.
In short, it is much more than a simple alarm system.
