I believe this coin is going to get a massive pump. Think about it, NEO is not doing great atm and they have to prove themselves. This will be their first ICO so they will do everything to make this work. So the Chinese are not able to participate in the pre-sale, but this creates even a bigger hype for when the pre sale is over. It will immediately go to Binance after the pre sale and they are also talking with bittrex.

So a few point that I think this will be very successful:
1. First ICO on NEO platform
2. Red pulse is an already existing company with succes and high valued partners (so no ideas/dreams being sold only)
3. Team is also very experienced
4. Created a waterfall of news already, maybe not positive for the chinese, but any publicity is good publicity it seems
5. The chinese will be pumping this when it hits the exchange
