My coins cannot be unfrozen. Any advice?

This thing is officially dead - basically no trading or movement. You win some, you lose some!

One of the selling points of this coin was congress voting. I guarantee the community will shoot down a fork if it’s put to a vote.

Just read up on this. When you freeze coins they are transferred to a frozen account. When you unfreeze it takes about 2 weeks to complete and coins can be transferred from frozen account back to your initial address.

So my frozen coins are under another address? Not cool imo

I’m a fan of boscoin but they gave a free pass to kucoin to manipulate the market. Kucoin has almost 80 million coins and can twist trading anyway they choose with that much control. It will only get worse as they gain more coins. Terrible deal made by the boscoin team imo and hopefully a lesson learned.

There are no buy orders. It looks like the dev is putting in orders for 10 bos at various prices.

We have to follow USD for tax purposes. Any gain means you’re writing a check to the government at years end. Satoshis are irrelevant at that point!

It’s not about btc, there are loads of other coins to invest in. The assumption you’re making is that an investor must hold btc in the end which is far from true. You can trade daily without ever holding btc. The bos ico required btc to invest. If I took $10,000 usd and bought btc the day of the ico I don’t care what btc is doing now, I care about my current holdings. If my usd investment has increased then I’m happy.

The price in satoshis is irrelevant. That’s like selling one stock, buying another, and then saying oh no if I only kept the initial stock! All that matters is money in and money out. You invest $1000 into bos ico and it’s worth $1500 now, then you’re up. The value of another coin, if you held, is theoretical. Who cares at that point?!

If you sell Apple stock to buy Google stock you don’t say, well Apple went up X amount against Google. You worry about Google adding gains over your purchase price. Simple really!
