To help me not forget. My Cambodian wife lost her parents and grandparents during those years. Its by not forgetting that one learns to be grateful for today's blessings.
The offer on this thread is no longer active. Please make no offers for a business deal or trade. I checked the markets here and did some more in-depth research about this. Turns out its easier said than done. Lots of things I forgot to take into consideration--
* if sending lots of goods out of this country, one must have an export permit and a business license
* customs charges at recipient's destination
* sourcing of products from wholesale suppliers requires minimum volumes or quantities which I now see can be very unrealistic, considering many on this site would probably not want to start a mall or Walmart store
* risks risks risks.. not sure how to handle the intricacies of moving goods across borders. just checked with my bank and a friend who exports soy sauce to another Asian country and he has the whole nine yards-- a full accounting team, a logistics office, bankers handling his "Letters of Credit", quality control people. LOL.
For a moment I thought I could jump in my car and buy stuff here, then send them overseas. For a moment. Oh well.
