The argument that every single idiot is using - Bravo!

Today it is clearly not a nice move, from anyone, to warn people against the risks they are taking by investing in a project like Cloakcoin. A project that hasn't delivered on any parameter, if so then please tell me which?

And again, I mentioned a few pointers, also regarding security and transactions that are uncrackable. Please point out where I am wrong?
You are also saying, more or less, that the community should try to move together and help out the team. I can for myself say that I tried to contact the project, years ago about their pitch etc. so I could go out and contact danish companies personally and establish some kind of acceptance or partnerships.
- The answer was, it was better to just give the contact details to the team and let them do it. So please, the team don't even want the help, to some extend.

I will once again stand by my statement: Cloakcoin is and has been managed so unprofessional so it is the closest thing to a scam, that any legit project will ever be.

Okay. Honestly hope they are not getting listed again, so people can (hopefully) invest in more fundamental strong projects.

We always hope to turn losses to wins again, but again, I would rather take my loss here than to see new money go in. Given this project's history, they have managed themselves so poorly and honestly screwed the community, IMO. Of course, some would probably argue with me, but that is fair, they can have their own opinion on this case, but then they should please tell me where I am wrong.

I have read everything Cloak has published, so I know Cloakcoin has commented on the event, but way too late given when the news broke out.

Regarding Yogibear, I didn't know he was just on a pause - So clearly this one is on me, I might not have been up to date.

About the wallet. Yes, it is functional, so is Windows XP. If you don't follow the developments you will not be in any position to even be a player in the market, IMO.
What goes for secure and uncrackable transactions. Who would want to try and put in hours of work to crack the transaction for a small project without any value in dollars or impact for news in the space? It simply wouldn't be worth the effort at this point in time. Hence why I don't think we have seen many try.


It is nice of you to wonder what you can do for the project, it is the right spirit, just for the wrong project. But that is of course up to you to decide.

No there is no specific reason other than a single person or multiple are trying to press the price up through the orderbook by setting big buy orders in, without the real intention of buying.

I have to warn new guys about this project as it is no where as legit as you might think.

I have been, and unfortunately still are due to bad investment strategy, a holder of Cloakcoin and have been for many years now and followed their travel up and downs.

- They have no clue about how to manage a project and no funds to push things forward. The funds they had they used on listings like Binance, which they appearently spend up to 1 million USD on. Did I mentioned that they got delisted months later? And wouldn't inform their investors/community through official channels themselves until days later. We can all speculate on the reason why.

- They have not have any real updates on their software for years and if you think they don't have to as the current one is working, then tell me why are everyone else or big tech companies trying to keep up with the tech space and keeping on developing their software?

- Old members have left the team, most importantly Yogibear who had been around since the very beginning in 2014. Now he is gone, without a word from him or the team. Interesting as they have always been quick to announce new members/listings but not the other way around to inform investors/community.

- What happened to the contacts in canabis industry with a worldwide magazine?

- What happened to the update for raspberry pi so people could stake their on one? The software that were promised worked without problems in 2017, but still can function correct without problems.

- What happened to the turkeys coordinator, who for months said a payment gateway was weeks away?

- Why has the core team only (officially) been to one conference to get Cloakcoin out, shows some lack of engagement?

- What has Cloakcoin had out of their partnership with NEM?

- What has Cloakcoin had out of the PoS alliance?

All above is something to consider before moving your funds into Cloakcoin, as they haven't done anything. So back to your question again, Cloakcoin is pumping because of old holders, maybe even teammembers who is trying to pump the shit out of Cloakcoin once again.
(I forgot to mention that the first team/guy who invented Cloakcoin actually did pump and dumps before moving away from the project. Maybe that is something the team can/could see value in as the can't manage to bring real value to it)


I remain strong in my believe of this project is probably the closest thing to a scam you will ever see without it probably being one. The team has for years had many opportunities to show great leadership and transparency, but didn't.

If anyone doubted this project would survive then take a close look at the activity on social channels and on their own website.

Everyone has left - And their vision, or what we should call it, will be broad to life by other projects who are able to mange their project.

The only question left is really, will we see an announcement of them leaving or will they just let it be and hope that a bullmarket will spark some life into the price on their coin.
(Probably the same strategy they used in 2015-2017)

I've read some on the comments in the chat and I am indeed amazed how this team has proceed in the past.

From the comments the listing to Binance has had a cost of over 1 million USD. I know this is from the team and a few investors on pockets as this is a self-funded project but really. How could the mangement been willing to put up such a huge amount of money without a facelift of the old wallet, been able to run on a raspi without troubles, problems with the blockchain (errors) in general etc.

This has to be the ultimate proof of lacking management in this project - Spending money on listings where it could be used on the product itself.

The only real vocal core-member, Yogibear, even seems to have left the project. A guy that every day helped and guided people in the community is no longer to be found. That might also be something for new people to think about.


For all who thinks of investing in Cloakcoin - Just don't.

It has for years not been able to make any remarkable progress, ofc also due to lack of money, but indeed also lack of solid management and strategy.

You are right. I do have a negative tone about a lot, but saying I don't come with constructive feedback or tried to reach out to you guys is a complete lie.

I have over the years giving you feedback on things from simple designs on the website to how it would give a better impression to be more transparent and act like it was a company. E.g when Cloakcoin got listed on Binance it was announced quickly on every single platform to reach your supporters with this great news, but how did it take for you guys to the same when a delisting was announced? - I believe it was three days, where is the responsibility in that? We all know the price would go down heavily because of that and therefore everyone should be informed quickly, even though it might be canceled after a talk with Binance. This shows a team that doesn't have its investors/community in mind and someone could question the motive - Was it so others would have time to dump at a higher price?
- I don't know anymore, only that moves like that is stupid and amateurish.

And regarding iwidepiwi, I reached out late 2018 so I could try and help with partnerships/getting shops to accept Cloak in my country and therefore wanted the ‘pitch’ so everything was in line with the strategy. It was better to give the name to the iwidepiwi/another coordinator so it came directly from Cloak.

So please don’t say I haven’t tried to reach out to your guys with either work or feedback. It just happens to be that you are maybe not as open as you would like to think, seeing from the other side of the cloak circle, the team is no way as transparent as portrayed.

Right from the getgo, I told you guys that weekly/every other week was simply too short of a timespan for your news, after 3-6 months you finally listened and made it monthly. I also mentioned that it should be released on the same date or day (e.g 1st Monday in the month) so that people know when to look for this, still not cached on.

I might be seen as a big irritation for the team, which is fine by me at this point. I would rather use my time to warn people about this project than help it get more adoption as it is simply a failed project on so many levels and I don’t want people to lose money on such, I do have morals compared to a lot of others in this space.

NOTE: Something the team said could be done already in 2017, but couldn't without it going down very often.

- They have a dev which can't be reached
- They don't won't to disclose anything about their other dev (Deepend) if he is out or not
- They claim to have a new dev/team to keep developing, but appearently they can't join atm because of COVID (we all know coding is hard from home?)
- There haven't been ANY real developing going on for years, but we all should be glad for the working product, right?

- Where are the monthly ''reports'' which should keep everyone informed?


The team and project has turned out to be a joke, maybe it has been for longer that I really want to realize.
No one is annoyed about things that takes time, but a team who isn't transparent and honest to its community is shit.

(I still have money in the game, but only because of the low valuation. I won't recommend anyone to invest in this, as it is purely run.)

The title is clearly just ''click bait'', and not trying to gain any followers, but just trying to make new people aware of Cloak.

EOS, NEO, XLM are definitely gonna have a bright future, but if we also look at where they are in the process compared to Cloak there is a big difference. Cloak has been self funded all the way, and are not even valued as a project with any real value, even though they have had a working product for years.

- The reason why I see Cloak as a potential big gainer, is clearly the interest rate of 6% per year and the opportunity to earn more when you are lucky enough to become a node for an ENIGMA tx.
They are also working with an open ledger, which I mean is very important compared to Monero, where they could in theory have a bug where someone just gave themself a lot of coins - Unfortunately the public would never know if that happened.

Tron is a joke, and I haven't even heard of elf. The other 2 do definitely have a bright future, but from my point of view I think privacy coins, especially some that can do something for the investors (PoS or other earnings) have big potential.
