Scammers are increasing its number...so becareful of the forms that you gonna fill up...my advice is that for you to be able to know if the forms are from scammers they are asking for you PK or private key so becareful with it...

The reason why china's government is against with bitcoin and other digital currencies is that they have the largest cryptocurrencies exchange which are OKcCoin and Huobi and the China's government decided to banned the fundraising initial coin offerings and shuttingdown all the mainland digital currency exchanges.
