ik begrijp dat je op die manier naar de garantie kijkt.
Het is een extra, waardoor de token meer waarde zou moeten hebben voor de investeerder.
Hoe zou je die belofte vast kunnen leggen? Dat er een deel van de winst gebruikt wordt om terug te kopen.

Ik zou graag van jullie horen wat jullie van het volgende vinden:
Wij zijn bezig met een project en dat is al in gang gezet. Nu willen we een ICO starten en verkopen voor 20 en 30 cent ( pre ico en ico ) om het project een boost te geven.
Nadat ons project af is gaan we omzet draaien ( dat is toch de bedoeling! ) en van die omzet willen we dan een deel gebruiken om tokens terug te kopen van onze investeerders op het moment dat ze daar belang bij hebben.
We willen de tokens terug gaan kopen voor 50 cent.
Volgens ons is dit een mooie manier om onze dankbaarheid te tonen aan onze investeerders.
De token wordt meer waard aangezien we ze sowieso voor 50 cent terug willen kopen.
Er wordt een deel van de winst voor gebruikt (percentage) dus niet alle coins worden in 1 keer teruggekocht oid.
Verkopen van de token hoeft niet!
termijn van terugkopen is niet gegarandeerd, terugkopen wel.

The Idea
After our product is up and running it will make profit. To thank all our investors we want to offer them to buy back tokens for $ 0.50 each. We use a percentage of the income to buy back tokens. With this given i think our token has an extra value.
As a investor you know your token is bought by you for 0.20 or 0.30 cents and will bought back for 0.50 cents. After buying from the ICO you can use this to sell yours for a profit on an exchange if you cant wait for the project to buy them back. So you can sell yours for 0.40 cents and you and your buyer can make money with it. You can also wait till we have sold our product and we will buy back the tokens ( IF YOU WANT ). It is NOT mandatory! If you choose to keep your tokens its OK. It is also possible the tokens get worth more then 0.50, we will only buy them back for 0.50, regardless what the value on the exchange is doing. For that point its better to sell them at the exchange or keep them in your pocket! Choice is Yours!
Keep in mind that
- A percentage of our revenue will be used
- First comes, First serviced
- We cannot buy back all the tokens at once!

Ik heb mijn accountant tot nu toe altijd nagekeken voordat mijn aangifte de deur uit ging.

En juist omdat er weinig over te vinden is, is het makkelijk voor een accountant om zomaar iets te doen.

Well, i don't think its good to invest al in the same ( as a beginner ) or you have to be very sure.

Een accountant raadplegen is altijd goed.
Er van uitgaan dat hij het fikst is niet zo handig denk ik.
Jij als eigenaar bent en blijft verantwoordelijk voor jouw administratie en de aangifte.
Als je accountant zomaar wat doet omdat hij geen idee heeft maar het wel interessant vindt... of anders wat... dan ben jij als opdrachtgever de pineut mocht dit niet correct zijn.
Er zelf voldoende vanaf weten is denk ik erg belangrijk.
Er van uitgaan dat hij het fikst is niet zo handig denk ik.
