Re: Bestt side hustle in 2025?

social media management for businesses on IG and TT is a solid side hustle in 2025 using free tools. For passive income, try digital products but ofcourse if you want huge income you can try crypto mining it is for long term investment.

Re: Which industry is making money?
by

Some industries are doing well in spite of the challenging economic climate. Blockchain technology, AI, and cryptocurrency mining are still profitable, particularly given the rise and institutional acceptance of Bitcoin. With the growing need for sustainable solutions, renewable energy is also flourishing. Cybersecurity and cloud computing continue to grow with digital expansion. Even luxury goods and high-end collectibles seem recession-proof. The money isnt disappearing, it's shifting to sectors that adapt quickly. For me industry that making huge profits are those who's in the government and those who is into crypto since day one.

Re: what if crypto currency investment is a must for future survival
by

Interesting thought. If fiat ever becomes obsolete due to a global crisis, crypto could be the only real alternative. But for that to happen, mass adoption, stability, and real-world utility need to improve a lot. Right now, it's still a mix of speculation and investment rather than pure survival necessity. But who knows what the future holds??  Huh

Re: Future of solo mining

Solo mining is still possible, but with difficulty this high, it's like playing with lottery. Unless you have serious hash power, pools are the way to go for steady rewards. Anyone here actually hit a solo block recently?

Re: Where do large mining companies send old ASICs?
by

Most old ASICs will likely get resold to miners in regions with cheaper electricity or repurposed for altcoin mining. Some will be scrapped for parts. Definitely worth waiting post-halving if you're looking to buy used units at a discount!

Re: CPU Mining coins

Your threadripper 7995WX is great for CPU mining. Besides Monero (XMR), you can look into Raptoreum (RTM), DERO, or Arionum. Profitability depends on power costs and market conditions, so always check mining calculators before commiting.
I would check the calculator first before advising investment. The calculator considers the profitability of mining relative to the cost of the CPU and graphics card, so this data is incorrect. But even in this case, the payback is more than 5000 days.
You also need to consider the cost of other components.

Hey! Can you share what calc. you using for profitability?

Never too late to buy Bitcoin, history keeps providing that. Every dip looks like a missed chance later. HODLing without realizing it might just be the best strategy!

Politics and crypto rarely mix well, but XRP's fate isn't tied to any campaign. Its real challenge is regulation and market demand, not elections. A dump? Maybe, but crypto has seen worse and bounced back.

At $0.04 kWh, this could be a solid deal for miners, especially with a 200MW capacity. The key question is long-term stability, can they maintain this price and ensure reliable uptime? If so, locking in early might be smart.

Music is personal. If it doesn't affect your faith or values, why worry? People will always judge. Just do what feels right for you.

Cloud Mining Scams Still Around?

With ASIC prices high, more people are looking at cloud mining. But are any of these services actually legit, or is cloud mining still a scam in disguise?

Re: Do you buy ASIC miners from China?
by
KjellBlocks
on 10/02/2025, 10:40:40 UTC
Bitcoin mining was always my dream but back then I couldn't afford ASIC miners and I was mining altcoins with GPUs, which was nice but today it's not as profitable as it was years ago.
Finally, I have some money to buy a Bitcoin ASIC miner from Bitmain but I also have one fear for years. What if I receive a damaged ASIC miner? It takes months to receive them for China, it will take months to return them back to China and it will take some months to then receive them back again from China.

How do you risk buying ASIC miners from Bitmain? How often are their products damaged? Does it worth the risk to buy miners from them? How good is their support?

Most ASIC miners are indeed made in China, so you're not alone in having concerns! (LOL). The key is finding a legitimate and reliable company to buy from. Look for companies with active customer support and good reviews, you'll thank yourself later if something goes wrong. Bitmain is a big name, but like with any purchase, do your research and maybe reach out to their customer support to see how responsive they are. Sometimes paying a bit extra for a trusted distributor outside China can save you a lot of headaches. Good luck with your mining journey!

$0.04/kWh sounds good, but I’d be cautious. Make sure the hosting center is legit and the infrastructure can actually support mining operations. Low electricity rates mean nothing if the service isn’t reliable. Do your due diligence before investing.

With free electricity and good space, GPU mining can still work for coins like Kaspa or Ravencoin. For a rig, look at motherboards like the ASUS B250 Mining Expert and power supplies like the Corsair HX1200. Check YouTube for tutorials on setting up GPU rigs, and use tools like ASICprofit to find the most profitable coins. Keep it efficient and good luck!

Hello,
i bought a Bitaxe 601 Gamma with 1.07  TH.
Should i solo mine Bch or Bsv and how do i set the Bitaxe up?
Solo mining is tough without huge hash power. BCH might be a better option. Setup your Bitaxe with node or pool, check the manual or contact support for details.

Re: GoldShell AE-BOX - Crazy profits? lol

HEAR ME OUT...

SO I've come upon this new ALEO miner, which is apparently the first released miner to mine ALEO coin. With power compsuntion of 360W (which is REALLY REALLY LOW) it makes over $20 a day. As you can see it costs around $3,300 and with quick maths I got to Annual evaluation of over 250% which is crazy.

More here: https://oneminers.com/products/goldshell-aebox-37-mh-s?_pos=1&_psq=AE&_ss=e&_v=1.0

Do you think a lot of people are gonna start mining ALEO? It seems almost too good to be true, but I guess I'll give it a shot. What do you think about ALEO coin?

Interesting find! I’ve been watching ALEO mining too, and it looks promising with that low power consumption. The $20/day earnings sound great, but I’d still recommend factoring in network difficulty increases and potential coin price fluctuations over time.

I’m mining with IceRiver.eu-hosted machines and always check profitability on ASICProfit.com to ensure the numbers add up. As for ALEO, it’s a cool project with privacy-focused tech, but like anything new, there’s always some risk. If you’ve done your research and feel good about it, giving it a shot could be worth it.

Re: IceRiver ALEO AE0 - ALEO Mining
by
KjellBlocks
on 28/01/2025, 08:08:33 UTC
The all-new IceRiver ALEO AE0 is here, setting a new benchmark in mining eifficiency and performance. Asic is running on zksnark algorithm and designed to mine $ALEO.

ASIC parameters:
- Hashrate: 50 MH/s
- Power: 100 W
- Algorithm: zksnark
- Coin: ALEO

With ALEO's focus on privacy and scalability, do you see it becoming one of the most profitable coins to mine in 2025?

I already placed a pre-order. The thing is it will be released on march, i need to wait that long to try this machine. I hope its worth it.

Re: Is now a good time to buy Gold?
by
KjellBlocks
on 22/01/2025, 13:08:19 UTC
Gold's been all over the news ever since countries started to stockpile more of it (due to rising geopolitical tensions). It went almost past $2,800 only to go back to $2,668.

I wonder if I should get in now, or wait a little further? At the pace Gold is going, I think it will reach $3k soon. However, Trump's promise to end wars might put a stop to the craze. At least, temporarily.

What are your suggestions/recommendations? Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley
Gold's price swings more than my mood on a monday! If you believe it will hit $3k, start small and buy now, but keep some cash ready in case it dips, you might catch a better deal. Just dont expect it to glitter forever.
