the token will be standard erc-20 ethereum token, so every compatible wallet will work with our token as well. As for KYC - currently we don't need any KYC since we are in pre and beta stage. Once we will go public, it is not clear yet what is the legal opinion on that - the legal framework will come into force next month, and it has to be finalized.

what we meant by that is that both the traders and the signal providers will have more aligned and common interests. Since traders will be able to rate the quality of the information and their trade, this will directly affect the future price and ranking of the signal provider. In addition, signal providers have bigger incentive to provide more information in their signals, such as personal notes/explanation/guidance, tags for their analysis. This extra information can be very beneficial for the traders, hence they will probably give said signal provider higher score, and higher score like we already said means higher price per signal, better review (more exposure and purchases).

The platform is currently being used/tested by several people outside our team. We collect feedback, suggestions and ironing some bugs.
Can you elaborate more on that part:

Our initial product will mainly offer the possibility to buy and create signals, with in dept descriptions and all the tools necessary to trade the signal successfully, like the signal provider foundamental/technical analysis.
We will support data from all the high volume exchanges and all the most popular pairs.
We are open to feedback from our community, to better understand the platform feature you want.

We will provide a support service trough our website/platform, or other social channels to faciliate the user experience and resolve any possible problems. 
Our platform will go trough lenghty beta testing, and get direct feedback from users and traders, during this period and after, our interest is to engage directly with the community to build the best product possible.

first of all, thank you for the comments and suggestions. I'll try to address your points in my answer:

We all know that legal has to catch-up with the technology and the enormous amount of innovation in the blockchain sphere.
here is what we can say about legal so far:
We are incorporated in Malta, and they are currently building up a legal framework, which has been published and which will come into force probably around the 1st Nov 2018. Since we've been incorporated, have a working product and users that are testing it (close circle for now), Knoks has a transitory period of 12 months to comply with the regulation for service providers - meaning we have at least 12 months to apply for the proper license.

Our product will not be dependent on recurring micropayemnts, although we might consider implementing a payment channels solution like raiden - either on ethereum or on any popular chain (ethermint, definitely). But these type of solutions and services have to be implemented  after we've developed our core business which is the platform and all its functionality.

We have, and decided it is not the right time for that (yet)

We will ensure the best quality of service for receiving payments with the lowest possible fees but we will keep the user experience a priority.

We won't force anyone to purchase our token if they don't like the product and want to use it. This is why we will have a sign-up bonus, which will provide enough free tokens (to use on the platform on a non-withdrawable base) for new traders to use. The amount is not finalized yet, but it should be enough for around a month of usage. After that, if said trader likes the platform and the value they are getting from it - they will need to purchase coins on the open market.
As for the liquidity - this is more of a consideration for the knosker (the signal providers) that will earn tokens from published knoks.
Since they will earn tokens per (resolved) signal, we don't see a situation where a lot of signals will be resolved at the same day for same knokser. Even if this is the case, a couple of hundred or even thousand $ worth of tokens can be easily sold on the market without affecting the price much.

If I understood your question correct, you want to know do we determine the price and rank.
In high level (we won't be disclosing the exact formulas and weights) the rank is set by minimum threshold of number of published signals and minimum success rate, and pricing of a signal is affected by
(1) objective data, which is statistical historical data, such as rank, profit to loss ratio, etc
(2) users review - the feedback that the traders have given to said signal provider so far and
(3) how well said signal providers is in comparison the the rest - things like number of published knoks, number of purchases, number of followers, etc

There is a potential profit indicator, which is visible prior to purchasing the signals. It has 4 ranges - low, medium, High and Very high. From our WP:
o Low: up to 30% potential profit
o Medium: 30-60% potential profit
o High: 60-100% potential profit
o Very High: Above 100% potential profit

we have 3 layers architecture with total separation between the business, infrastructure and data layers.

yes, it was very important for us to remain neutral as a platform. This is why we are using pay per use model, where we will receive a fee from every purchase. When users sign-up, they will receive free tokens to use in the platform that should be enough for approximately one month.
In that way people will be able to try out our platform for free and purchase real signals, while the signal providers will earn real tokens for their knoks.

yes, you will be able to share your signals with your followers or through popular social platforms

Choosing the good signals can also be a skill, and our users will have the option to see how good traders are at picking signals.
It will be possible to follow not only signal providers (knoksers) but also other traders. Gaining followers as a trader is another way to monetize your skills and get awarded for purchases made by your followers.

That is 100% correct. We will publish a blog article about the importance of objective evaluation and what we believe is a good combination with wisdom of the crowd or peers review.

Since you may have a lot of active signals (knoks) displayed, different filters can be used. For example, you may filter out exchanges you don't work with,
trading pair - for example only signals that trade against eth or usdt.
Other filters that we have include TA or FA, analysts (knoksers) you follow, and even a price range of the signals

We believe in creating a robust community that will engage in fruitful discussions. We will encourage this by providing several tools to our users that will be available after purchasing a knok:

-Contacting the knokser​
​traders will have the option to contact the signal-provider through an in-mail form. An anti-spam and abuse mechanism will be applied in order to assure that no abusive content or “noise” will be sent to the signal providers.
-Short surveys​
a short satisfaction survey will be presented to traders, both upon purchasing a knok and after the knok was resolved. It will allow the signal provider and ​Knoks​ to better understand whether the information provided was clear and helpful.
-Dedicated discussion board​
after purchasing a knok, traders will have the option to interact with other purchasers in a dedicated space. The knokser can be part of the conversation as well.
-Star Traders ​
Knoks​ users can also follow other traders whose activity they are interested in.
-Notifications​
the platform will notify users about newly published knoks and the changes in activity of their purchases in-real time.
-Gamification​
Knoks introduces a rating system for both traders and knoksers. This rating system will afford the users a ladder of progression in their skill and success rate during their activity on the platform. yes, we have referral program for several activities, or 'rewards for sharing activity' as we call it. From our WP:
1. Invite (sign-up) bonus
2. Feedback and participation bonus
3. Level up bonus - bonus when reaching a new rank, for both traders and signal providers
4. Follow up bonus - both signal providers and traders
5. Survey participation bonus - for traders. After a knok (signal) purchase or after a knok ends, traders will be prompted to answer a short survey. They will be awarded a bonus if they participate in the survey.

Hello there. I just answered briefly about how we will attract the signal providers. Can elaborate on that more if you want.
Regarding etoro - there is a HUGE difference between us and etoro on every aspect - business philosophy, transparency, business model and many more. 3 main points in short:
first, etoro is both the market and the exchange which cares a huge conflict of interest.
Second, we believe that the copy-trading concept is not good approach for traders and in the long run it will cause them to loose money. Our philosophy is that a good trader is a smart trader, and that's is one of our main goals at Knoks.
Third, we don't earn more if our users loose.

Regarding the team and our experience - we have more than several years of relevant experience - each one in their field, but I don't want to brag about it - you can look us up in LinkedIn or contact us directly.
