Vote cast.

On another note:

This coin is pure Proof Of Stake.
So technically it doesn't need any large amounts of processing power.
I'm using single board computers to run other Proof of Stake coins and would like to see if this coin is able to be run with minimum power consumption as well.
Sadly there are no technical details about it right now and I don't have any coins to do test runs.

Can anyone point me to a place where the technical groundwork is discussed or written down? Any lead is much appreciated.

Did you try to apply the stake?

Yes, I applied. Not long ago though and it seems chances are risen by posting something positive for the coin.
I will do something positive for the coin. It's just no use if I don't talk about it, it seems. I'm more on the techie side. Not much marketing coming from me.

Every community member will be on his side. That's a good signal.
Hope you can get your stake.

COMM did not complete  distribution ,trading on the platform is inappropriate
in mintpal voting is good, because the votes is huge, this is a cumulative process.

That's the point.   No more trading before distribution completion.

But voting is welcomed.
Yes, we want everyone to participate, to expand its influence, it will be a good promotion.

Have spread the word among my friends. Some of them have also applied the stakes.

Dear Dev,

This CommunityCoin is the most fairly distributed coin I've even seen.
As soon as I just found it, I realised that I can't miss it.
I understand well the communitycoin wil be contributed by all the community.
I want to be one of them who are willing to contribute.

So unfortunately I have to sell off my Nxt. Is dgex the way to go? Also, when depositing to dgex, you are asked for your "ACCOUNT TOKEN", is that just my account number?

You'll probably have to wait up to 8-12 hours for a deposit after you send Nxt.
As for "ACCOUNT TOKEN", you have to send coins from the client, NOT from Bter or any other exchange. You need to have an access to an account you send money from.

I figured I'd have to transfer from the client, but is the account token just the sending account? In my case, 16121687483446533972?

The fact is that the stolen NXT from all five of these guys is sitting stuck in the five thief accounts and it can't get converted to BTC without going thru Dgex.   That ain't gonna happen.

This is a major crime in the tens of thousands of dollars range and we know who did it.  People go to prison for years for this kind of crap.

(Are you reading this, EpicThomas?  I know you are.)

You know, if the NXT were somehow to be magically transferred back into the accounts where it is supposed to be, maybe just maybe I won't personally make it my mission to find your home address and phone number, post it right here on this forum, and call the police in your local town or city.

Do you feel lucky, punk?

A MESSAGE TO EPIC THOMAS:

Dude, I'm coming for you.  You had better put back the NXT where it belongs before I find out who you are and go to the police.  I will stop if you repay the NXT you have taken from others.  Once I find out a name and address and turn it over to law enforcement, things are out of my hands.  Until that time you can save yourself.  Do it.

My email to customer service at Digital Ocean:

Can you identify the real name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number of the user renting a cloud server from you at 162.243.246.233 for the past several days?  This person is involved in illegal activities and has stolen over $23,000 that we know of so far through  unauthorized transfers of assets.  When you have obtained this information, please let me know the name and location of the representative who may be contacted by local law enforcement.

This is not a prank or joke.   My name is X.  I am a resident of X and you can contact me at my cell number of X if needed.  Thank you, and I look forward to your prompt response.
I understand your enthusiasm. I'd be pissed if my Nxt was stolen, too. Theft of crypto-currency is tricky, though.

Any chance Google Authenticator could be worked into the code, for everyone calling for extra security? Also, I wanted to see just how brute force resistant Nxt is, so I threw together some code and ran it. Unless a hacker is working with a ridiculously powerful rig, brute force is NOT an option. Even a 7 character pass-phrase would take several weeks to check all combinations of a mixed alpha-numeric set. So if your account has been hacked, you probably need to clean up your computer.

Does anyone know what 5874614062205245396 is doing? They're sending 500 Nxt to everyone. Is there some giveaway that I'm missing out on? Shocked

So what does everyone think of the future of NXT?
Anyone think it will reach, or even exceed the current market cap of BTC?
may be something wrong with newest versions (0.4.1e and 0.4.2) ?

my 0.4.0 VPS with well-known (bootstrap) IP can work ~2 hour before "java.lang.NullPointerException", whereas my anorher VPS 0.4.2 with unknown (for public) IP hardly survive 30 min.

Nothing special AFAIK, maybe BCNext added something, I don't review all the changes...

Checking which aliases I won, I found on of the transaction id's results in, "{"errorCode":5,"errorDescription":"Unknown alias"}". What is going on there?

20 as in 20, or as in 20,000?
