I did some wallet work for him and some other things. I told him it does not look like there are enough people interested to try and bring it back to life. If someone is going to take over hoc it needs to be someone who is passionate about the coin, and im probably not the right person for the task.
The crux of the matter is the coinbank. What has he done with the BTC that everyone invested. This was never supposed to be his for the taking. If he will transfer the BTC to someone else or put it in escrow then I am sure interest in HOC will return immediately and we could continue where we left off.

Either you should change your coin name or abbreviation "KOI", its already used by Coinye.

That's not impossible. I could easily change the abbreviation. I like KOI because it goes with the KOI fish but that's the only reason. Well its also the first three letters in koin.

I wouldn't pay attention to the amount of coins. It's the value of each coin that matters(& distribution). We will be trading in Billions. And even some will be 100 Billionaires. Everything is basically Dogecoin with added zeros on the end.

This is not directed at you im just being capped in my post amounts so I will expand here.
I haven't premined anything yet, everything is up for debate, but 0.5% is almost nothing. Most ppl do 2% or more. I would use it to forward the coin and any holders would want that. Just because there is a higher max coins total does not mean the pre-mine is more of a percentage than a lower max coin total would be, -im not sure why people think(do math) like this.
The logo is subject to change. Coinye did not want it(i have approval to use it)...
You can't change the [COYE] in the coinye code on an already existing coin. It is not officially [KOI].
Again i repeat...this coin is a ripoff. It has stolen the abbreviation from another coin currently being used. Do not confuse it.
