Hello everyone. I want to buy some coin and hold it for at least 1 year. What should I invest on, ripple or litecoin ?
Why do you like litecoin so much? For me it was a simple walk-through project, which is not even worth to stop, but I noticed that many consider it as a long-term investment and I can not understand .
BE PREPARED FOR THE WORST: In this bear market,I have learnt that the worst could happen,so we should always prepare for the worst. Many have lost up to 80% of their portfolio to this bear market because they are not expecting the worst to happen, unfortunately, they are caught up in it.If they had prepare for the worst, they could have done something about their portfolio at the beginning of the bear market. DECISION BASED ON PAST EXPERIENCE MAY NEVER BE THE RIGHT ONE:It may be risky to base your decision on assumption. At the beginning of this bear market, there was a lot of assumption, many so sure that before we close our eyes and open, bull run will be here.Nobody ever expect the bear market to be this long,so, many decision made base on this assumptions as lead to frustration today. In crypto, today you are up and tomorrow you are down. To those caught up in it,you can only hope for the best, dont give up.
You mentioned a past experience. Look what happened to people who built their strategy solely on past experience. They've all lost their Deposit, as it is situational.

Re: The first risk-free ICO with money back guarantee
Guys are offering risk-free investment opportunity, in my opinion this is a great idea which might change the way people think about ICOs and participate in them.
I personally have lost a portion of my money by investing in ICOs last and this year, but this idea is just brilliant - you can wait for 1 year, see what happens to the project and then (before they go mainnet) decide what to do - either to stay with the project and get mainnet coins, or to exchange them back into the same amount of ETH/BTC invested.
I personally love the project itself, had been following it for some time, but have not invested yet. Now I am pretty sure I will invest something. If anybody is interested, please check their web-site and share your opinion: https://tachain.io/
What do you guys think? Let's share our opinions, really interesting.
Thank you!
It looks like some kind of fairy tale for the investor, and if there is a bounty, then for the bounty hunter. Does anyone believe in such gifts? Personally, I think it's unlikely. People are respected, but I think this crisis might have hurt.
The price of Etherum has now shown a very good price stability and therefore it can be seen from Etherum's price movements that have started to increase. Now many people are starting to re-use crypto and this also has an impact on price movements experienced by most other altcoins. I am optimistic when Etherum prices can increase then automatically the other coin prices will start to move very positively.
If this can be maintained it is not impossible that Etherum prices can reach fantastic value and can even exceed 500USD by the end of 2018.
I continue to believe in the huge potential of Ethereum, an excellent choice for reliable long-term investments. One of the most popular coins, which in the coming weeks will show the first prerequisites for a price increase. But the main price increase, we will see only next year.

At the moment, in theory, all altcoins can make a profit, the only moment that is worth considering is that not all coins will be able to ride a bullish wave and increase capitalization, and thus the price.
To my understanding, KYC simply means "Know your customer". Investors(customers) who participate in ICO are made to go through KYC process before they are even allowed to purchase their tokens. On the other hand, Bounty hunters are just "part time workers" of the project and not customers. Even if they will be made to go through a KYC process, it should be before they start working and not after. Waiting for them to finish working for the project and refusing to pay them because they failed to pass KYC afterwards is a total cheat.
I don't understand why people are so bad about KYC. Quite a useful thing, proving the seriousness of the company and helping to remove bots from the company. I always pass it if the company and payments suit me.
You name it, I will say it's falling. The rise and fall may be a part of a game, but just in a year, the value is getting less and less. There are several reasons behind it. Like volatility, bad press, stringent government policies, less security and many more.
Are you still investing in cryptos? If yes what do you think is the reason behind it and please share your views so that people who are investing and wanted to invest can learn more.
This is a standard situation in the market when an overheated asset starts to cool down. That doesn't mean it won't heat up again, no. It will again gain previous volumes, only more gradually.
He answers about cryptocurrency stating The main feature of crypto currencies is their anonymity. I don't think this is a good thing. The Governments ability to find money laundering and tax evasion and terrorist funding is a good thing. Right now crypto currencies are used for buying fentanyl and other drugs so it is a rare technology that has caused deaths in a fairly direct way. I think the speculative wave around ICOs and crypto currencies is super risky for those who go long.
He isn't wrong in his sense, if the cryptocurrency is to have a future, they should be able to create an environment of trust between themselves and the authorities.
In General, this man says a lot of things, but very little happens. Think about it, the youth tries to take away from it a stick of the power, of course he will try to dismiss it and to banish us.

Re: Predictiing Cryptocurrency price.. Is it possible?

I think this is technically impossible to do, due to a lack of understanding of the entire structure of education and changes in the price of an asset. You understand that all the most powerful computers are designed to predict the weather, and to predict the price of assets, they are not enough.

I also thought so when I joined in may 2017 to all this movement and eventually saw the fall of Bitcoin and a significant drawdown of his Deposit. At least that's what I thought at the time.
As of now the price of each coin is very unstable, and the price of it just keeps going down. Ive seen a coin last year, that the price of each coin goes rapidly high. Its opposite as of now, almost below expected. Is this the end for the digital currency?
The end of the digital currency will happen only when the Internet is completely turned off around the world, that's it in this situation it will lose at least some value. It's gonna be pretty scary.

I personally watched the growth in 2017 and I can tell you as an experienced economist, it was a very strange phenomenon, because if the market is healthy, this should not happen. It has to be gradual.
If you look at the cryptoccurency market situation lately it is very disappointing and even the opinions of observers become divided, some consider this to be common, others consider this situation very dangerous for the development of the crypto world. The most important question of the condition is whether such market conditions will affect investors, or is this a situation that investors want?
I don't know how to say this. Think about it, many people have already invested in cryptocurrency, and therefore they do not benefit from these prices. Only if they didn't sell everything on ATH and now just re-purchase.
