IMO waves train has already arrive in the station and it will take a long time to leave again . Maybe it will bounce between 4-6.50$ for a while but it will go under 3 when btc crash , you should have bought when it was 2 cents , now it's too late guys ...

The wallet used to have a seed generator, but was removed in the last update because of security reasons, anyway you can still use another randomizer to generate the seed, every seed with the following properties is valid and accepted:
81 characters, capital letters and the number "9" (other numbers are not accepted)
Be careful to properly store your seed, since it is the backup/private key for your balance. In IOTA you can lose your PC, lose your wallet, lose your server but as long as you have your seed you are fine.

Right now it's fucked up
Since Waves can be direct threat to poloniex becoming giant platform a mixture of exchange plus crowdfunding platform we don't have any chance to see it being traded there. We have to choose other alternative exchanges but not fully brand new exchanges as they are destroying coins by not providing enough volumes.
Sorry, but you are dreaming if you believe it's the reason why it is not on poloniex.
By the way no big exchange is adding waves, not only poloniex

WAVES is going real hard and volume is increasing. We knew that day come, we accumulated coins for months and now we collect rewards of our hard work. WAVES has a great future, first EUR gateway now YEN gateway. We can see 10 USD next week.

To submit an order on the decentralized exchange for your token, it says fee 0.003 WAV? im guessing you cant submit an order unless you hold waves in your account ? because i am trying to submit order but keep getting error, all i have in waves wallet is a token thats been sent to me, so no waves or bitcoin.
Yes, you should have waves. As I know in the future the DEX will accept not only waves but other tokens as fee. But now is waves only.
That would fix the issue. Is there an official source for this information

Sasha and Tristan didn't see eye to eye, and Waves has its own dex.
Many coins that have a DEX are listed on there. It's not the reason. And it's not only poloniex, it's not listed on any major exchange. This is garbage.
