I think hashflare has something like that where you can choose from a different number of pools and allocate whatever power you have to three different pools. I don't know if that is what you are asking or the legitimatize of hashflare.

I myself have just recently started bitcoin adventures about 6 months ago and have been using btcjam and its been pretty pleasant for me. Though i'm working with very small amounts.
