So I was going to invest in hashnet.com but I figured out that the maintenance fee is almost half my bitcoin per day!
Am I right saying that PBMining.com has no fees? It may be 0.2 btc extra but if that were the fees it would cheaper than hashnet

-snip-

I will probably not go with PBMining because I am afraid they will run with the money. They have little to no information about their company on their website compared to cex.io or GAW. Still trying to decide between 50mh/s scrypt or 500gh/s sha

Dont expect services to stay because u know a few things about them and they'll vanish because u dont know them People did the same mistake with Mt. Gox and fallen into trap. But, those who trusted BTC-e are still making money. Try to judge a service for its responsiveness, practical words etc. If I were at your place, I would never go with Josh Garza's GAW as there are numerous complaints against him. Logically u have 3 options...

1. If u want to trade, go for CEX.io (they are the costliest and guaranteed not to make profit from mining)

2. If u want to trust, go for PB mining (they are the not the cheapest and but chances are there to make profit from mining)

3. If u want the cheapest, go for www.cloudmining.website (they are the new, so not trusted, but guaranteed to make profit from mining)
People are saying PBMining is a ponzi scheme though... I'm not sure about which one to go with, I might put in $10 for both or something (pb, gaw) before actually investing. I am worried about pb being a ponzi tho...

Hiya,
So I am looking to invest for the first time in bitcoin, in PBMining. I was considering buying a bitcoin miner, but I saw that with this there are no power costs and it is pretty much the same price as buying a physical miner. Any thoughts?

Compare rates before u purchase...

1. https://cex.io/ => 0.00268387 BTC/GHS

2. http://pbmining.com/ => 0.0021 BTC/GHS

3. http://www.cloudmining.website/ => 0.001 BTC/GHS

One more time: PBmining price is 0.0015/GHS

Something more about PBmining - check post of SlientBit from 01:31:39 PM - will tell you a lot!

It was 0.0021 BTC/GHS even a few hours ago. Apart from me, others also got the same...

what the sh i t going on front page, it says 0.0021 btc/ ghs

but you can buy 0.0015 btc / ghs in order page...

hey houston you have a web problem..

What does it mean by check post of SlientBit from 01:31:39 PM ? It does not mean anything. No mention of thread, no quotation !!!

Moreover, I never said PB Mining is bad. I just wanted to point out that they are not the cheapest at the moment. It does not mean that they wont be the cheapest again.

I will probably not go with PBMining because I am afraid they will run with the money. They have little to no information about their company on their website compared to cex.io or GAW. Still trying to decide between 50mh/s scrypt or 500gh/s sha

Does pbmining still ask for a 5 year contract? I remember that when I was looking for a cloud mining services. That's why I've chosen CEX.IO.

I think you can choose that or a 1 year contract. Some people buy GHs, mine for a month then sell the GHs at the current rate, making back their investment possible + the mining revenue.
I see you have gawminers in your sig. Have you got a miner with them? I am trying to decide between gawminers and pbmining.

Actually, price from pbmining is more expensive then if you buy hardware. But yeah its power cost free so you might ROI better from PBmining then buying hardware...
For me, an Antminer S3+ 400+gh/s costs £210 with shipping (power costs too)
PBMining 450 gh/s = £195~ with no power costs
Is there better hardware, that is cheaper than PBMining?
