Worst piece of sh*t website ever, zero customer support.

Just bought some btc with my cc to buy some alts, tried to send the btc to an external wallet and the transaction is blocked and is "waiting for clearing" because I'm supposed to confirm my id, so I try to send them the photos of my id card but their awful software doesn't work and says that my id card can't be read, it has never worked before and it still doesn't work after four months since the first time I tried to send them the photos of my id card to confirm my id and had to finally use the mobile option that for some reason did work and it's not an option now to unblock my transaction. I've read that lots of people have had the same problem with their id recognition software, but they just don't bother to fix it.

Tried to write them and all I get is an automated message telling me how to send btc to external wallets, that's it, nobody has read my emails and they tell me a proper replay could take days or weeks, that's if the automated message is not everything they are willing to do to solve my problem, so I just have my btc/money stock in their wallet and can't do anything about it.

I don't understand how this website and Kraken can be the leaders of this market, cryptos will never be mainstream with this kind of sh*tty service.

Don't waste your money on this. Just wait for my ICO. 

What was necessary to confirm the withdrawal? I didn't receive any email to tell me that I had to do anything to withdraw my ATS tokens, I just received the emails talking about the cheats and all the problems they have, and I just checked my mew and I obviously didn't receive anything... Does this mean I can't do sh*t to get the tokens I earned with my referral link?

I didn't cheat nor used a vpn, I just posted my referral link in a couple of message boards and telegram chats, that's all, and I was receiving updates about my earned tokens (last email said 900 ATS, no idea if I got more because I couldn't check it anymore in their website, I clicked my referral link and I was taken to their homepage when before I was taken to a page with my earned tokens), but I never received an email to tell me that I had to ask for a withdrawal, and then I saw all the problems they had and how they are just ignoring all the complaints... So I guess I can forget about receiving my tokens?

How can I add the token to mew to see if I've received them? What's the address and how many decimals (I guess I have to add it as "ATS")? Thanks.

How can I know if they have sent my tokens to my wallet?

I can't access the webpage where I could see the amount of tokens I had earned with my referral link. I can't even remember if they asked for a wallet address when I registered, I think they did, but I'm not sure if that's enough to receive the tokens or if I should have filled some withdrawal form, I didn't receive any email explaining how this all worked, I just received the emails with the bounty problems.

Last email I received with the number of tokens I had earned said I had 900 ats, but I don't know if I earned more later because I can't see it in their website now.

I just don't know what I have to do.  

And what do we have to do? I didn't receive any email talking about any kind of withdrawl form that I had to fill to get my bounty tokens, I can't access the page of your website where my number of earned tokens appeared, all I have now is the emails you sent everytime someone registered through my referral links.

I hope this is solved asap and everybody gets their bounty reward no matter how many tokens they have earned, otherwise rip authorship.

I don't know where I can find in your website the amount of tokens that I have earned, but the last email I received from the bounty campaign said I had earned like 900 ATS.

I didn't receive any email talking about a withdrawal process, so I didn't fill it. I just received an email talking about the problems with cheaters, but I didn't cheat, all my referrals registered through a link I posted in a popular message board and in a popular telegram chat, so I don't see why I shouldn't receive my tokens.
