Bring transparency to $100+ BillionMedical Tourism

Improving the lives of 1 billion people
by making Healthcare more transparent

⭐️ TOP-RATED ICO: ICObench 4.5/5, ICOmarks 9.0/10 Track  ICO 5/5
🏆 Award winning concept: CES Blockchain competition 2nd, d10e Audience Award🏆

Current state
We are currently focused on migrating our working healthcare service comparison portal to the blockchain.

Opportunity
Healthcare expenditure grows by $300B every year.

Healthcare is 10x bigger than global hotel industry
Priceline Group (Booking.com) made $10.64 billion last year in revenue, by selling accommodations online.
Their current share price is above $1,800.

According to Oxford Economics and Visa, medical tourism is predicted to become a $540 billion industry by 2025 with 25% CAGR.

Problem
Healthcare is fundamentally broken.

Quote
”I had my right hip replaced in 2008 at a clinic in Utah, and the total fees to the insurance company were $28,000.

I had my second hip resurfaced in Colorado in 2010, and the total fees to the insurance company were close to $78,000.

I have had several friends do the Belgium clinic for hip replacements, and they have had good results.

My belief is that politics and money are the biggest barrier to our healthcare system which worries me if the government (which is all about politics and money) is allowed to control the system.

Our solution
  • We build on top of giants, who have laid down current solutions (blockchain, crypto assets, smart contracts, etc.)
  • We intensely focus on UX and hiding the complexity of crypto world, creating a gateway for a vast amount of users and money to join the biggest revolution since widespread internet adoption.
  • We have already tested our strategy, 2,500,000 people use our site yearly (Doklist.com), and we currently potentially reach 230M people on 2 opposing sides of the world (Brazil and Hungary).

Our goal is to build a 2.0 decentralized version of our current successful solution, which is based on 141 858 lines of code and serves 2.5M visits a year. We have planned every step of our roadmap to maximize the value increase of the Etheal ecosystem in the shortest amount of time possible.

First, we are focused on creating a decentralized incentivization and unified settlement layer in Ethereum. This will help us rapidly expand to 30 countries and increase the quality of our local doctor databases with automated smart contract driven incentives.

Taking advantage of the blockchain-based incentive system and the resulting high-quality global database, we aim to quickly become a dominant player in rapidly growing markets (medical tourism and pharmaceutical communication research and advertisement), currently worth more than $117 billion globally.

Opening up our platform to let anyone write an Etheal Application is the logical next step to grow the Etheal Ecosystem further.

Finally, we will focus on the maintenance, development, and marketing of the Etheal platform for it to become the “Booking.com, Steemit and Salesforce of Healthcare”, with a model capable of generating $100B+ of potential revenue.

Selling the proper utility HEAL token is the next step on our roadmap. You can now join our community and help us build a better healthcare system together.

Business Model
The strongest short-term growth driver will be Medical Tourism lead generation, where the market is predicted to grow to $540 billion by 2025 according to Oxford Economics and Visa.

The second biggest growth driver will be pharmaceutical communication research and advertisement, which is a $27 billion market in the USA alone.

Physicians will also be able to bid to be included in the top 3 featured spots on search results, where in contrast to Google Adwords, their quality score is not dependent on how good of a website they have, but instead on the quality of service they provide. A doctor who provides excellent service, will have to pay less for the same featured spot.

5% of all revenue generated through the Etheal Ecosystem will go to the Etheal Operation Fund to cover operating expenses, 15% will go to the Weekly Contribution Endowment Fund rewarding patients and care providers.

Most of the applications developed by us will be free, however, paid applications will use different models. For instance, pharmaceutical advertising is planned to be a revenue share model of 70%-30%, where users earn 70% and 30% goes to the Etheal Operation Fund.

Ecosystem

Decentralization Layer: used to store permanent information in the blockchain and to transparently automate incentivization and the payment layer of the ecosystem while storing larger quantities of data on the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS).

Backend Off-chain Layer: used to cache and hold data and changes which are not needed to be stored in the blockchain and to provide an API endpoint to easily access and embed data from the ecosystem in any website or application.

Etheal Platform Layer: consists of a sandbox and a simplified UX and mobile-friendly front-end where stakeholders can interact with the Etheal Ecosystem.

Why blockchain?
With the blockchain, we can instantly resolve our most difficult scaling and automation challenges.

Charlie Munger says that getting incentives right is the most fundamental thing to build a sustainable business.

  • Incentivization Solution: easy to reward ecosystem contributors
  • Cross border: time tested way of move value regardless of physical borders
  • Micropayments: quick and cheap
  • Fully automated, transparent contracts: a layer we can scale-on, and it works magically, transparently and verifiably

Why do we need a dedicated token?
  • An internal token which can be used as a dedicated method to get discounted services, and transfer value.
  • Fair initial distribution, and balanced long-term incentives to reward those, who use and contribute to the ecosystem.
  • To build a community, which believes in a future of better healthcare.

What is the use of HEAL tokens?
  • Internal payment for services
  • Cross border payment for medical services
  • Community incentivized for moving the ecosystem forward
  • Buying research participation and advertisement by big-pharma companies

What does Etheal plan to do to grow demand for HEAL token?
  • We will hide the complexity of buying a crypto token by planning our proprietary fiat-Ḫ exchange (in which our team has experience)
  • We also make it trivial for new users to buy tokens and services with current exchange partners
  • The more people use ETHEAL, the higher the demand is projected to grow.
  • The more countries we expand to, the higher the demand is projected to grow.
  • The more applications are built on top of the ecosystem, the higher the demand is projected to grow.

Token vesting
  • Founders and team members are fully vested for 3 years (with a one year cliff)
  • Advisors are vested for 6 months (with a three month cliff)

Ecosystem incentives
  • Incentivize developers in 10 strategic areas according to the usage of their applications in the ecosystem.
  • We optimize to create a review system which is useful across borders (geography aware). In the last decade, we have worked in the cut-throat competitive e-commerce field, where we gained invaluable experience.

Use of proceeds of token sale
Intended to use for paying development bills, data processing, legal counselings, customer service, sales, marketing and in general to grow the ecosystem.

Main Sale
  • Whitelist deposit period opens: April 9th, 2018 at 10:00AM GMT
  • Tokens sold: 12,000,000 HEAL
  • Duration: max 4 weeks
  • Min contribution: 0.1 ETH
  • Soft cap: 4.8M USD
    Base token price: 1 ETH = 600 Ḫ token
  • Hard cap: 10M USD
reaching the hard cap ends the sale immediately
  • All HEAL tokens are frozen until we distribute all main sale tokens
  • Token sale bonus:
    https://etheal.com/img/chart-token-sale-bonus.svg
  • Your stake = sum(bonusi x your transferi)
We calculate your stake by summarizing all of your transfers increased by a bonus at the time of receiving the fund.
  • Your tokens = 20,000,000Ḫ x sum(bonusi x your transferi) / sum(bonusj x transferj)
At the end of the sale you will receive HEAL tokens, the amount of which is based on the ratio of your stake to the total stakes.

Referral Reward
We have set aside 2M HEAL tokens to award those, who help to build the Etheal community in its early days.

Every whitelist applicant will get a personalized referral link, and they will get 5% bonus after every contribution using that link, plus each contributor will also get an additional 1% bonus for using a referral link.

Example: One of your friends signs up for whitelist using your referral link, and buys 10,000 HEAL tokens during sale.
You will get an additional 7% * 10,000 = 700 HEAL tokens.
Your friend will get 3% * 10,000 = 300 bonus HEAL tokens.

Remaining referral reward HEAL tokens will go to the HODLER reward fund (50% to lot 6 months and 50% to lot 9 months).

HODLER Reward
To keep prices stable in the early months we use extensive vesting for founders, team and advisors, and we reward those who HODL.

Keep tokens intact (can’t move any portion of it) on your wallet for 3/6/9 months after the normal sale has ended, and a 10M HEAL token HODLER reward will be distributed in total among token sale HODLERs in the ratio of their intact stakes to the total amount.

  • HODLER lot 3 months: 1,000,000 HEAL
  • HODLER lot 6 months: 2,000,000 HEAL
  • HODLER lot 9 months: 17,000,000 HEAL

Our solution
  • Every necessary blockchain tool already exists, we don’t intend to develop basic blockchain tech from the ground up.
  • We are currently self-sustaining, and we were able to fund our expansion to Brazil (with 1 month of hard work, Doklist.com.br).

Now we move to decentralization and rapid expansion with this ICO.

Ecosystem

Why blockchain?
We can now solve previously impossibly hard problems.

Charlie Munger says that getting incentives right is the most fundamental thing to build a sustainable business.

  • Incentivize: easy, almost trivial to give back to people who bring the ecosystem forward
  • Cross border: time tested way of move value regardless of physical borders
  • Micropayments: quick and low-cost
  • Fully automated, transparent contracts: a layer we can scale-on, and it works magically, transparently and verifiably

HEAL Token
  • Etheal (pronounce əthiːl, like at-heal) comes from the word “eithel”, which means “well” in Sindarin.
  • HEAL token (ERC20 standard) is the fuel of Etheal platform.
  • Symbol: Ḫ (Unicode character U+1E2A, HTML entity Ḫ)
  • HEAL token’s fixed supply is defined in a cryptographically binding smart contract, and it is the sole medium for value transfer (purchase, incentives, etc) within the ecosystem.

Why do we need a dedicated token?
  • An internal token which can be used as a dedicated method to get services with discounts, and transfer value.
  • Fair initial distribution, and balanced long-term incentives to reward those, who use and contribute to the ecosystem.
  • To build a community, which believes in a future of better healthcare.
  • Help us move from our current traction stage to the fully automated and open health platform.

What is the use of HEAL tokens?
  • Internal payment for services
  • Cross border payment for medical services
  • Community incentivized for moving the ecosystem forward
  • Buying research participation and advertisement by big-pharma companies

How will demand grow for HEAL token?
  • We hide the complexity of buying a crypto token by planning our own fiat-Ḫ exchange (our team has experience)
  • We also make it trivial for new users to buy tokens and services with current exchange partners
  • The more people use ETHEAL, the higher the demand will be.
  • The more countries we expand to, the higher the demand will be.
  • The more applications are built on top of the ecosystem, the higher the demand will be.

Token vesting
  • Founders and team members are fully vested for 3 years (with 1 year cliff)
  • Advisors are vested for 6 months (with 3 months cliff)

Ecosystem incentives
  • Fund research with high-profile universities.

Presale / ICO
Coming soon (sooner than you think)
We will have a very limited pre-sale followed by an ICO and loads of development.

Hi

I added a new column to my list (Profile) now everybody can check easily these accounts.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AgHJzpkvTvCxdG40TDJrT1VkWXRKeHBCZGhRUXdPanc#gid=6

Accounts in the same group have connection, pay attention and you can also find it by yourself. As I said it is possible I made some mistake so I would like to ask the community to help me improve this list.

Thanks

does it means that one person example:

1Ae6YxNMeJWtaLCSzQQe7Pqfb2MFRVbHH2

had made 39 new accounts to send money to become 39 different stakes?

That means over 1% of all NEM stakes?!

Different btc addresses in the same group have connection so in this case there are 120+ accounts.

Taintanalysis leads me to believe that the following TX are connected (seperated by dotted lines). The accounts do not have any activity and seem to have been registered solely for the purpose of claiming stakes.
"?" means I could not find the username to the TX. I think some the masters of sockpuppets made so many TX that they forgot to use some of them. Also I only used the most recent list for finding the usernames so they might just not have qualified for the unified list.

I have already worked on it in a last few weeks if the NEM community would like I can post here my google spreadsheet. I'm also a human and I made it manual so it is possible I made some mistakes.

I am not on the stakeholders list.

Pg 66 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=422129.1300)
NXT Transaction ID: 17260698862543614417

Also, a stake was made (using duplicate hash) for a family member that is also not on the list under the name:

Renoriff
Pg 76 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=422129.1500)
NXT Transaction ID: 14313585382148586855

Please note this was posted before the "Counter sockpuppet measure" went into effect after pg 81.

Hi Palimino,

Could you send a small amount from the same wallet to prove this is your tx? I found this on my list:

Hello User FredandBob here

It seems that I was marked as a duplicate hash I made it into the final audit list and am still on it as 1305 however I am no longer confirmed when I look at the changes treviso32 is marked as having a duplicate hash with me and he is on the list.

Firstly how do I prove that this tool is a fraud and that this is my account.

Secondly how in the world do I get bumped when I was spot 1305 and he is 1403 it really should be a no brainer that he is the fraudster since I would have registers 98 accounts ahead of him.

Sorry if this I seem a little frustrated but this has been an ongoing issue.

It seems you posted the NEM NXT wallet ID instead of your tx ID this caused the problem. Treviso made the same mistake but he has already corrected it. I will solve this issue but just in case please post here your valid tx ID.

To answer your second question there were a lot of fraudster who reserved the earlier position and later they just edited it.

Ah I hate this nxt wallet. Thank you for resolving that and I apologize for the frustration. Here is the nxt transaction

I didn't see my name on this list.. I transferred to your account originally with TXID 18174261235277105518 (250 NXT) from my accout account 5400020060850905653

I have now made an another transfer of 2 NXT to your account (14343293611098709683) to confirm that I am the owner of my account. The TXID of the transfer is 17524072895999757264

Please if there are any more problems you can send direct PM to me. I just would like to have my NEM stake. It sucks that I have to confirm my own transactions because of some goddamn fraudsters trying to steal from me!

I can't find any TX with the ID 17524072895999757264.

I found that and valid

swap BlackBlueYellow and kick ConnectionConnectivity

Could you also mark the changes with addition (qualified accounts missing from the list) or changes (proven owner of duplicate hash case). I will log every changes in the list in changes+addition tab.

I didn't see my accounts on the updated stakeholder list? I only made two accounts early on, when it stated that you could make a few for friends and family. It was this account (Voluntold) and Wilberbone. I created one for me and my wife, that's all. If we can no longer have two, could I at least have ONE stake and have the 160nxt returned for the other one. Thanks.

Voluntold is in the list and there are no problems indicated. Wilderbone is not in the list, but I can't find her in the "older" list either. Could you post a link to the original posting ?

Are you sure Voluntold is on there? I've checked several times and don't see it... I see a volcanokid, but not Voluntold. Maybe it's listed somewhere else or something. Anyways here is the original posting. Wilburbone is on page 67, Voluntold on page 65. Thank you.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=422129.1320

You do realize that you can use CTRL + F to search right ?

I'll add a comment for Wilburbone.

Yes, I know. Maybe we're talking about a different list, but this one https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AlidWok7hW0DdHVfeU1BRFVoZkJ6QTRvcjc2cTQzQ2c#gid=1 doesn't have Voluntold or Wilburbone. Forgive me if I'm missing something that should be obvious.

Same list and yes it does have Voluntold there.

Hmm... Well I have no idea why my computer doesn't appear to be showing it. I guess I'll just take your word for it. Can anyone else see tell me if they see it by any chance?

Both of them are on the list : http://pasteboard.co/WKY9rkG.png

NEM official stakeholder list (before the public auditing).

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AlidWok7hW0DdHVfeU1BRFVoZkJ6QTRvcjc2cTQzQ2c#gid=0

From now on we will use this list instead of the previous stakeholder list which will be used for checking references only.

My name is on column G. Does that mean I get a stake?

Guys!

Try to use CTRL+f to find your names.

Hi again,
i´m marked as "bogused transaction" (elucidated #147 in this thread). If you want, I can sent a small transaction (or screenshot,...whatever ) to prove I'm the account owner, too  Wink
( i´m getting little bit nervous...   Embarrassed   )

SORRY again!!

Oh my god!  I just found out that my payment got labeled as "bogus transaction" in the stakeholder list!

Please don't think of me as a fraud!  I somehow made a mistake when I copied & pasted the transaction hash!!!  I think I must have copied the wrong string from the wrong window.  In any case, I can prove everything!

My Bitcoin account is actually listed on page 6: 1HiCwfW7DtY5ytmyKaCopBgujKTr92CzU9, and the transaction id is: 2bea831dee1fd97b4436eb91a9d224ef502b0a95e6fbd62bb815d748dd241a90

Transaction List for NEM: https://blockchain.info/address/1Lk5Paws9T1YpoSeLeZT7ZeSQKW7UNq4TJ?offset=250&filter=0  (My wallet address is listed here)

Furthermore, please check page 65 of Thread 2.  You can see cupcakeface1 has sent a total of 0.065 BTC, which is the exact amount in the aforementioned transaction. Please change my transaction id to this one instead.

I can guarantee that the Transaction Hash is unique, and I'm the rightful owner of the transaction hash and wallet (and the wallet address belongs to me).  I would like to prove my ownership by sending 0.0003 bitcoin to 1Lk5Paws9T1YpoSeLeZT7ZeSQKW7UNq4TJ.  I'll update my post when I'm done with it.

I'm banging my head now for making such a stupid mistake!!!  Shocked Roll Eyes Shocked Shocked Angry  I cannot believe it.

Please change my Transaction ID to the new one provided above once you investigate and verify my payment. Thank you!

Bogus transaction doesn't mean you are a fraudster. I checked your hash and it seems unique so don't worry it will be solve.

Thank you, Kooream!

Please see above for proof of account.  I've just sent a small transaction to prove I'm the account owner, and the hash belongs to me.

Sorry again for the stupid mistake  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Please update the hash on my behalf.

====================================================================================================

UPDATE:

Proof of Ownership --

I've just sent BTC 0.0003 from 1HiCwfW7DtY5ytmyKaCopBgujKTr92CzU9 to 1Lk5Paws9T1YpoSeLeZT7ZeSQKW7UNq4TJ
with transaction hash: cb28f5272ffe7711593ea3801effa9be727109f251721f08cfdface55f35a5b0

Thus I prove that I'm the owner of original payment BTC 0.065: 2bea831dee1fd97b4436eb91a9d224ef502b0a95e6fbd62bb815d748dd241a90

Since thread 2 is currently locked, I'd like to ask you to update my transaction hash once the case is investigated.  Thank you!

I'm now in an embarrassing position. I am at University in China. I was telling my friends, some Chinese some not about Bitcoin and how they should move to something like NXT if they are worried about the Government closing down exchanges as we are politics majors and have various discussions on government control etc. So over a week or so when I met friends in the Uni on site coffee shop I set them up with Bitcoin wallets showed them how they work and sent my own money to them to take part in NEM and told them they needed to log onto this site and ask for a stake.

So I come to check my stake and there is a sarcastic remark on the google doc and all the wallets I legitimately set up and paid my own money to are now highlighted in Cyan! You said one account for one stake and you also said tell people about it and spread the word which is exactly what I did so what the hell?

I'm pissed cause I assume I'm being lumped together as a sock puppet maker which I cant disprove or prove I realize either way. Am I even gonna get my Bitcoin back. I promised these guys I would get them into something I now regret. Its gonna be really embarrassing when they ask me what to do next and I say sorry the money is gone.

By the way if I wanted to hide my tracks I could of easily, you don't study and use the internet in China and not know every possible way to hide transactions and communication. So I took the offer at face value to spread the word about NEM and how wrong was I....

Now come down - take a deep breath - better now ?

I can't find that remark in the stake holder list - which google doc are you talking about ? What are the account names of the other fellas you are refering to ?

Either you get your stake or you get your btc back. If you have bought multiple stakes with multiple accounts you should be alright and you guys will get your stakes. It's a promise that was made on the frontpage and that promise will be kept. NEM is about fairness remember ?
The only people that need to be afraid off being refunded or loosing their money are people that bought more than 10 stakes no matter how many accounts they used.

Its in bright Cyan on the Google doc, I am calm. I didn't count but I expect it will be a couple over 10 accounts. I know how it looks but I paid in full, did them in good faith and now get lumped with fraudsters.

Hi dannyman,

First of all you have a wrong transaction: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=422129.msg4747881#msg4747881 You haven't sent any bitcoin from this address. It seems you were careless, please correct this mistake.
Secondly could you tell me what does it exactly means a couple over 10 accounts? How many of your friends joined in NEM?
