1. Overtrading 2. Emotional trading. 3. Trading against the trend 4. Trading without stop loss 5. Not following money management rules. 6. Unable to hold winning trade due to fear.

Indian government has to reduce fees for some currency exchange platforms for example 18% fee is high for crypto is very high.Paypal fees also very high when compared with other countries. Rules and regulations for trading in Indian stocks are also very tough which ultimately reduce funds inflow.

Re: Do you introduce bitcoin and crypto to your friends?
As many people don't aware of bitcoin and other crypto, do you take initiative to explain about bitcoin to others? I am spreading information and knowledge about btc to others, advantages of btc. I have observed some people showing interest or heared about btc some where. Let's spread the btc world to others, cheers.
Spreading information to people about bitcoin of course is a good thing to do. However, their are some people maybe when you try telling them about how bitcoin investment works and at same time trying to convince him/her to go into bitcoin investment. if you're still the first person to inform him about bitcoin investment probably he might be thinking that you're actually trying to scam him considering how you're being so optimistic about it of course that's the feeling we always have sometimes when you're not familiar with something maybe you meet a friend who knows everything concerning that very thing you know when he keep telling you about that stuff at first you will be scared because that's your first time of hearing about such thing. More especially when money is involved you know people are always careful when it comes to something that will require puting our money. So I will rather wait for them to Walk up to me if they're interested, than spreading information about bitcoin because not everyone that is interested.
Yes Sone people may thought we are trapping them to scams . It is human psychology. As many people replied to this thread most people aware of it but there are few people don't know much about it.

Re: Don't trade because you have funds, trade when you have opportunity
I think it is more of a philosophical procedure than something that can be applied, as you cannot be 100% certain of the direction of the market, and therefore if you wait until you get enough confirmation signals, the number of trades you make will be limited and there is no guarantee that they will be successful trades.
Yes the problem is there is no control in number of trades it becomes overtrading, ultimately leading to losses.

This is my personal experience guys actually what I have done is I have deposited money in sites and started trading without emotional control just taking a trade without understanding direction. Most of the times markets are in consolidated state. In such phrase absolutely we end with losses. My suggestion is wait for a clear direction then only take trade it may take few days but gives good returns

Re: Any crypto mutual funds like stock mutual funds? Are investing in them?
Thank you, I will check it out. My fear is whether platforms continue or scams people by stopping their services.
You can do more research to erase some doubts as you can never be too sure the days. Based on their trading volume on CMC, they seem legit. WazirX BTW was founded in 2017, and an interesting fact about WazirX is that they were acquired by Binance, which adds more credibility to the exchange.
However it seems like they have encountered a big problem before as here’s what you can see on their website: ( so you can skip this one if you can't wait for their return). https://wazirx.com/exchange/BTC-INR

On 18.07.24, the WazirX Exchange Platform was an unfortunate victim of a cyber-attack, as a result trading has been temporarily paused. Our ability to maintain 1:1 collaterals with assets have been impacted. While we had warned our customers to not trade because the assets were not completely collateralized, we have decided to pause trading to examine the affected systems, forensic data and conduct comprehensive security audit procedures. This process requires time, and we appreciate your patience as we work through this complex situation. More updates to follow.
And about ZebPay, it was founded in 2014 and it's still active til now.
I don't know wazirx acquired by binance thank you for information. Yes I also know zebpay is running from long time. But I have read some negative reviews about zebpay.

Re: Is mining profitable in India, what coins you are mining?
I have not been mining but I understand the bare minimum and the infrastructure you need to get into mining.
You need to run the ASICs and have cheap power to power them along with cooling and maintenance to mine.
Considering the following facts: 1. Cost of buying ASICs and importing them to India. Note the pleural, you will nee a LOT of ASICs, not one. 2. Power is not cheap here 3. Ambient temperature throughout the year is warm, not cool.
The return will be from the coin you mine and how much you sell it for on the exchange.
... mining is not profitable venture to get into.
You could and should learn about mining from youtube channels out there and the Mining section of this forum, but it is much easier to buy and sell bitcoin for profit than mine it any more.
I think roi is very less. Thank you for your inputs.

Most people using as a crypto payment mediator because of low fees and fast transaction. I think it will give good returns in long term don't expect aggressive returns from it.
