Which currencies will be used to pay out the dividends to investors?
I think that it will be ETH used to pay out dividends, wouldn't mind if there was some others included too.

Dividends will be paid by the profit those companies where faba invests make. That is best part about security tokens.
In that case choosing right companies will be crucial,otherwise you wont make any profit.On what kind of companies faba invest plans to focus?
Our Investments are cut across several sector of the world. Our investment team make concious effort to select only projects that can add value to humanity and at the same time return a reasonable amount of dividends to our portfolio.

I think that priority should be profit, and then everything else.Enviroment and other stuff i fine,but us that are invested into FABA expect the profit.
Well of course that profit is the goal, but it is also important what kind of companies you will support by investing. It this was only about investing in like only porn related companies or something similar, how many people would invest?

Could someone shortly summarize why I may invest into FABA? There are many other platforms that are helping startup coins with raising money - W12 for example.
Faba is not about helping startup coins to raise money. It is about investing in promising companies, related or not related to crypto, that have potential to bring profit and also that are doing something useful and needed in today's world.
You should read the WP and decide for yourself.Check which kind of companies Faba is looking to invest in for example.
How is see FABA is that its VC company,where investors that hold enough tokens will have right to vote.Cant get better than that, it gives us so much more power over having some utility tokens of some company, where we are just passive observers.
That is the main thing that attract me also, having much more control over my investments and potential for profit is not lesser because of that fact.

Did the second part of sale start already? How long does it take to go through KYC proces?
The second part of the sale will take effect from 1st of March 2019. KYC takes less than a week to process and verify.

I actually asked that today in their telegram group,and i got the confirmation from admin that private sale is still on.
Good to know that people still can buy AGT despite public sale is delayed. Even though this information should've been much better communicated to public, lots of people obviously had no idea that private sale is ongoing.
A lot of people that are truly interested in investing knew this info, it is not hard to open official Agate website and see the info there.

It was so much easier to join first round of sale,$1300 is quite a lot of money for small investors.I hope minimum will go down,as i would like to buy more faba tokens.
Minimum won't go down, because Faba wants serious investors to invest and I think it is a good move.Better then to have a bunch of investors with 100 USD investments.
Remember this is not a utility token.
Are you still working on your own blockchain,is that still the plan, will you be able to relase mainnet during first quarter of 2019?
Last information about it was that the team was ahead of roadmap with development, so unless something changed everything should happen within roadmap schedule as planned.

I noticed that it is mentioned that Faba hold up to 40% shares in each company that was invested in.Does that mean if additional 11% shares is bought in future Faba could own those companies?
Well if there is that possibility, that could be very interesting. Does Faba plan to offer companies as an investment option to investors that fall under this criteria and open this kind of possibilities?

Is that the wallet that is official by Agate? It doesn't look that it is...
Just be patient and wait for official one, as you will need it for staking and everything else. No need to rush with wallet before distribution of the token starts.

Since FABA will be security token,on what kind of exchanges you plan to get listed?
Are there any special requirements for security tokens? I thought it can be listed on any exchange just as utility token or am I wrong?
yes you are right, there are no special requirements for listing coins into exchanges. but I hope that after Iico later this token can enter a good exchange, at least an exchange like coinbene, hitbtc, or livecoin.
Faba can get listed on better exchange then those you listed I think.Hitbtc is not that good I would rather avoid it, but there is no worries, team will surely do a good job with the listing.
Can you please elaborate how to buy crypto currencies with PayPal from your platform? You deal with Peer-to-Peer exchange or we have to buy any intermediate currency first, and then sell that currency for Bitcoin? Please clear my doubts. Thank you!
I don't think that they accept PayPal for buying Agate tokens, they accept only cryptocurrencies.
So far Agate accepts ETH,BTC,EOS,LTC and DASH ,and i think many more will come in the future.
Accepting credit cards also wouldnt be bad,atleast at the beginning to attract new users who still have problems with crypto.I remember i bought my first ICO tokens with credit card.
Well sinmce this is crypto based project,it should accept crypto only,especially since its not hard anymore to buy ETH/BTC like it was few years ago.
I agree, too many crypto projects try to follow old ways of fiat, completely opposite of crypto philosophy and what crypto should stand for.

Distribution usually happens after end of ico, so it will most likely be in this case too.

so is this project now over? what about the funds that have been collected and how much money have you collected? I want to know what the plans next form this project are going to be and hopefully the developers can make this project successful or useful in the future.
It is not over the sale is still on.Team is developing the platform all the time, you can test the app, which is out completely released, not in beta version.
Good thing would be to get as much partners as possible before the end of the sale.
It should all pick up the pace soon, market is slowly stabilizing and lots of bull indicators are showing.That will help all crypto related projects including Lynked.World.

The bull market started just a few days ago, it is still early to draw long-term conclusions)) Bears are still very strong.Just wanted to write the same thing, it's still too early to call this bull run. It's more likely to be bull trap, but we might go up to 5k usd. So it's still good to wait with public sale.

It is a wise move,otherwise you are basically gambling with raised funds.But im not sure that you can do that before sale is over,an agate still have to go through public sale.

No point outsourcing KYC process to someone when you are also doing verification of tons of documents right?
