i doubt india would agree with venezuela plan. because in India crypto has been banned alias illegal. I think the two countries will take the middle ground in a mutually beneficial transaction.
India is not dump enough to agree a term without studying the cons and pros of the proposal. Venezuela want to pump their token faster.
Alam natin na ang KYC o ang Know Your Customer ay nakababahala. Ngunit marami ngayon ang nangangailangan ng KYC.
Ang KYC ay risky dahil ibibigay mo ang iyong pangalan, address, birthdate, proof of residency at official ID.
Ito ay nakababahala kung may nagnakaw ng iyong personal na impormasyon at ikaw ay mabiktima ng identity theft.
Kaya mag-ingat tayo mga kabayan!
Tama. kaya dapat iwas muna sa nanghihingi ng KYC lalo na kung hindi mo pa kilala. Sa mga ICO na nanghingingi ng KYC dapat iwas muna. May karanasan ako datin nyan sa KYC hinihingi ba namn pati bank account at kelangan pa mag submit ng bank statement. Yen hinayaan ko na lng yung token na yun.

It seems to me that such conditions with the purchase of oil for their Petro Crypto currency with a 30% discount are very good for India. This, it seems to me, is absolutely mutually beneficial.
In general, the case of the Venezuelan Petro is very interesting. In my opinion, now the whole world is watching Venezuela and its crypto currency. Such a serious approach to its centralized crypto currency has not yet been observed. It is interesting to see how future events will develop. If everything goes well with this coin and President Maduro can raise the country's economy, he has every chance to be re-elected for a second term.
Actually India will never get a 30% discount on oil because they will force to buy a a El Petro in full price. This would be a two birds in one stone for Venezuela. It sold Petro and oil. And it could pump the price of Petro which another gain for Venezuela.
I am a newbie just trying to grow on this platform. Within a week of participating in altcoin bounties, 2 bounties I participated in have been reported as Scammers. I get a lot of reads on my articles and Social media pages. I cannot keep encouraging people to invest in these altcoins if they would eventually get scammed. How can new bounty hunters like myself differentiate between a genuine bounty and scammers bounty?
It's hard to differentiate. But there are bounty mangers that are proven trusted. Just choose the bounty they are managing.

If it's too good to be true, Venezuela will give that discount as they promised because they are aiming to pump the coin.
Once India starts to buy oil on sale, you'll see some people riding this hype.

Mobile app is not enough to make Ripple pump. The problem of Ripple is the centralized coin and the huge amount of supply that goes higher and higher every month. This is the reasons why investors don't trust Ripple.
I cant just reckon why people so negative on word centralize on ripple. The important here is profit if you invest on this coin.
I haven't read the news actually, but anyway this news was I've been waiting so long, it does bitcoin really help my financial but I'm still find out is this halal or haram, well I knew the answer now.
