Re: Do you still bother to engage non Bitcoiners?

Which non-bitcoiners? Altcoiners or common people?
For altcoiners, I still engage in the discussion on why they should put more weight in bitcoin, not altcoin. However, for the people outside of the cryptocurrency community, I do not want to shill them into buying bitcoin since it is a high-risk investment. I only explain about the technology when they ask me about it.

For me I don't want to engage people who bothered Bitcoin because we can't convince it easilly to the people. We notice that some people can believedof what they are saying especially to the negative thoughts of their mind so we cannot blame it of the people bothered Bitcoiners.

Re: Bitcoin online payments
by

It's not going to happen anytime soon, I believe. Like with us small players, I'm sure it makes much more financial sense for companies like Google to HODL their coins, if they have any, rather than spend it. I would also imagine that having two pay out options rather than just one would complicate their standard operating procedures. Conversion between currencies, Bitcoin included, incurs fees after all. If they start paying with Bitcoin, it's extremely likely they'll abandon the USD option, and will only be paying in Bitcoin. That makes this scenario even further removed from reality.

Bitcoin online payments is better of the people especially the businessman because we can pay it through the online system even we are in the house. We can also save time when we are in the office and it can have a big help of people when we are in the house.

Many people wants to have a multiple profits, and they were strongly holding their coins for a long term, but if your coin now has a good market price value there is no reason to hold it, and if you are contented on the price today just sell it, but if you are not contented on the market price today, then continue holding until such time that the price of that certain coin grow up and fit to your needs.

I agree to this. Why are you making this decision based on the suggestions of other members ?

Different members here have different targets and approaches while investing. Some are here for short term trading and thus investing for a margin of 5-10% only. While others want a bigger cut and they can wait longer. Thus, it really depends on what is your target. Also, you need to take into consideration , your risk taking ability. If you do not like taking much risks, sell units sufficient to recover the investment cost and trade with remaining coins.

I want to sell because I need money to pay the tuition of my students in school. My salary is not too much for my need of my children that why I decide to sell to have profit.

Re: Token goes down. Wait or sell?

Hello everyone!

We all know that the situation with market is not that good as we want it to be. Thus it affects a lot of ICO projects. On the one hand people don't invest in coin so much money as they did last year. On the other bounty hunters sell tokens fast and the price goes very low. That is why some projects prefer list their token on Idex first. They want to see how a coin plays on market.

And what investors should do in such situation? Sell all they have for small money or wait until a token will go up?

I'm asking as a person working in such project. After ICO token price went down (KCY, I'm sure you heard of it). And It is interesting to know investor's opinion about such situation.

What is your idea?

If the coins you have already listed to bounty hunters, then they can lower the price down and sell very cheaply, but if you give them the coins after a while, maybe the coin will do a small increase, without taking into account the growth of bitcoin. Accordingly, when bitcoin goes up, you can create a stir around your coin.

In my own I want to sell because I want money to sustained my family to buy something for the needs everyday. Even not too much big amount its enough for me I think it can have a big help of my needs.

Re: Advice to all bounty hunters.

No matter how promising the project may be, if the ICO fails, the project won't see the light of the day.
In this case, selling at any price would be the best option for hunters. This is not that easy even for professionals to distinguish the real ico from scams. Note that great percentage of ICOs for the first half of 2018 were scams.

Bounty hunters are very important in ICOs. But there is one thing am not happy about bounty hunters. They usually dump their coins at any price the moment it is listed on an exchage which usually drops the price of the coin even below the ICO price putting the investors at a disadvantage.
In fact, not only hunters responsible for the price dump of such a coin after the end of the ICO and hitting exchanges;
- Early investors receive, in general, from 10% to even 50% bonus in tokens. So they sold them at any price to garantee max profits.
- ICO strategy has to consider the fact that bounty hunters will sell their rewards directly after receiving them. So some of them divide the paiements into dividents to be paied in seperated dates. Some others pay hunters in ether or btc to avoid price dump.

I want to advise the hunters to hold their bounty tokens for a while in order to maintain a good price for the coin. We shouldn't forget we are all stakeholders
In order to do this in the right way, i recommend hunters to do their own researches about the project behind any bounty campaign they would join; stakeholders from bounty hunters in a scammy ICO are also considered scammed.

To all bounty hunters if you have more token, don't hesitate to hold, just have patience and be ready to go to the moon because market can recovery soon like what happened last year the double the profit  and can earn more profit.

Re: Is it normal to wait for 6 months for a bounty reward?
by

on 13/08/2018, 02:38:14 UTC
Absolutely not. Sounds scammy. Take a second look at the project, please. I also participate in bounty programs and I consider maximum three months as a normal period to get the reward but usually, rewards should get paid within one month.

If you are lucky and you are participating in a fast company, then yes. And in most, as correctly said - I count on 4-6 months. Also, if the token comes to the purse - not the fact that it is on the exchange. And to sell for a penny ... Not for this you have been trying to earn a few pennies.

It's ok for me to wait 6 moths reward than nothing. It is important to us have patience so that we have a good future. It

Yes, I have gone through the thread it seems there are many interesting things which will help the people to find the best ICO, we have know details and community reaction towards the project in order to get mkre details about the project.

Actually I cannot identify which coin is good because ever since I don't have yet. I cannot experience what I can fell if I have coin because I am the first time to joined this campaign. I hope i have a chance to hold that coin with in this year before 2018 end.

It is a very difficult task to select the crypto that is in the downtrend. using technical analysis can at least help us in trying to get a rough idea of the exact moment to buy Bitcoin.
As we know today almost all crypto is experiencing a very drastic decline, the effect is not only because the price of bitcoin fell sharply in recent days ditabah again with unpleasant isue.

For me my opinion is to buy bitcoin because the price is down . It's better to hold for for few months and wait a right time to sell that the price will goes up again.

The most important advice for newbie is about security. Be careful because there are a lot of phishing attempts. Secure your coins in wallets and be extra careful with your passwords and private keys.

And remember to do your own research when deciding in what to invest.

To all newbie I have a little advice for you, if you joined the campaign, don't be careless so that you cannot damage in bitcoin. You must be care so that you are good as a newbie.

You can buy bitcoin anytime you want if your intention is to only hold. Bitcoin eventually rise through all the years.

If I have too much money I want to invest Bitcoin and hold it for long term because we take advantage that bitcoin will rissing every year. I'm sure we can earn more for the needs of our future.

I will hold and wait until the price increases again. I believe that all will come back in its cycle.

As I think if we want more profit holding is better than selling. Holding is better of me because I have work and no time to spend the market when I sell everyday.

I have been in the scene for years and I still know very little about EVERY aspect of this technology.

those who know more are always like this. in other words you are knowledgeable enough to know your knowledge is nothing but a drop of the ocean.

and regarding these newbies based on what i have seen i think it is mostly because of merit system. many of the topics that are created with a technical subject are for gaining merit. some of them even ask you to give them merit if you liked what you read!

Not all newbies can damage bitcoin their are some newbies have educated and they know how bitcoin is risk. Maybe some newbies damage the Bitcoin if they are  not enough know or uneducated person and lock of knowledge about bitcoin. To all newbies pls. I advice you to be carefull not too be careless so that you can deserve the bitcoin as a newbie.

Re: Patience is a virtue but how much patience do you have?
by
Kurukungkwang
on 02/08/2018, 11:31:02 UTC
There are little options we have when it comes to dealing with the market happenings. We are left with little choice as there is nothing we can do to influence the market but rather to say patient and wait, for if you run out of it the only outcome will be losing money

We know already that each one of us has patience especially today that the market goes down. But if we say that, how much patience do we have, we cannot measure of how much patience that remain of us but the important, we relax and wait when will be the market  gaining again.

Re: Are you aware that some Banks accept Bitcoin?
by

on 01/08/2018, 10:59:03 UTC
In September 2014, PayPal announced that it is partnering with three bitcoin payment processors: BitPay, Coinbase, and GoCoin. With their help, the company will now offer PayPal merchants the opportunity to receive bitcoin in return for digitally downloadable items.
Where is the source of this your news because i have known or heard of this before, paypal are so strict that they wont want to integrate something risk in making transactions like bitcoin.

For my own opinion because I am still poor I'm not awareness of bank that are accept Bitcoin because I have no money to deposit now. The important of me is to have money that I used to my daily needs because I am only a housewife.

Re: Why do you sell your coins?
by
Kurukungkwang
on 28/07/2018, 14:09:01 UTC
Do you sell because of the rise/deep in the market, or do you sell because you actually needed the money and not because of the deep/rise of the price, or you're the type that just jumps in pick some profits and jump out?
I am a long term holder of altcoins. I sell my tokens (both alts and bitcoin) when I am broke, and when I need some money. I don't sell because there is a deep in the market, I sell because I need to. So, what about you?
I only sell when reach the taget of me. Smiley don't sell when the market goes down. That is not a good way to invest

I want to sell my coin because I need cash to buy something what I needed for, paying my bills and I want to support my family because she is now very old.She need also cash to buy here own needs of here life.

Re: Is it more profitable to Hold BTC or buying a lower price and selling at higher?
by
Kurukungkwang
on 28/07/2018, 11:39:42 UTC
hello experts,
Is it more profitable to Hold BTCBTC or buying a lower price and selling at higher?
Thanks,

If you have that much faith in bitcoin I suggest buy low sell high. Buy bitcoin whenever there is news that bitcoin will dumped like Government ban on bitcoin in a certain country and Bitcoin will be overcomed by Bitcoin Cash then sell when you think the price becomes stable or reached your certain goal profit.

For me holding is more profitable than selling because in holding we can have earn more profit. Like what happened last year the double the profit. We hope that with in this year the double the profit also so that we can earn more of those coin that we hold.

Re: How to choose bounty?
by
Kurukungkwang
on 28/07/2018, 03:42:21 UTC
this is my trick to get a good bounty
1. history bounty manager
2. the amount of allocation for bounty (this is my opinion which is most important because I do not want to waste my time on bounty for low pay) if you can project your income from the bounty before joining.
if profitable join and if not leave
3. website that includes (encryption and whitepaper)
4. project development team

hope this helps and succeed!

We know already that their are many bounties in this campaign but in choosing bounty we make sure that, that bounty that we are choosing, have a good project  and profitable of their hunters. that is the right way to determine or choosing bounty.

Re: It could take 2 years for the market to recover
by
Kurukungkwang
on 25/07/2018, 13:00:01 UTC
Maybe I'm wrong, but I doubt that the market will recover for 2 years. Just look at the miners. If within 2 years there will be such a market, then nobody will benefit from mining. Miners will only lose money, and this will be very bad for the entire crypto currency market.

I hope it could not happen to us because two years is very far that market can recover. I hope before the year 2018 end  market can recover  early. I hope their are many investor, invest their business so that market can already recover too so that the market can rissing in each price and a stable value increase.

Re: EVERY TIME IS RIGHT TO BUY AND SELL
by
Kurukungkwang
on 24/07/2018, 11:15:10 UTC
To me I think every time is the right and best time to buy BTC so we should go on and buy any amount we want to and stop all those post because when you buy now there will surely be a time to come where it will increase in price for you to enjoy it. We can buy and sell anytime and anytime is the best time. What do you think guys? Any suggestions?
Are you really buying bitcoin or you are just suggesting others  Huh

I don't think its always good to buy and sell bitcoin because if you will buy at peak price than how you gonna recover it when you actually need some cash?
Many have lost all of their savings on bitcoin when they bought huge amount of bitcoin during 2017 boom and right now struggling to pay the debt because some of them have even took loans to invest.

My suggestion is Sell on peak and buy at dump is simple rule of trading, just follow it.

Yes of course every time is a right time to buy if we have a lot of money no one can hold of us if we want to. But in selling it depends upon our situation if we want to sell. if we need un extra cash or can used for other investment if we want to invest business we need to sell them.
