For higher safety you can use different wallets, a offline wallet where you store your BTC on long term
and a online wallet or a wallet on your mobile phone where you can pay your daily expenses from.

Re: Bitcoin's role in black market organ donation

Interesting, I never heard of that either. But I think pretty much everything illegal is done with Bitcoins, just take a look at these large darkweb markets..
It might be used for organ purchasing inlands but people from third world countries won't accept BTC that easy.

So it is true then that these exchanges are faking their volumes. I see this as a welcome change. Hopefully with all those fake volume gone, the backlog would be reduced and transaction fees would go down.

why do you think transaction fees will go down?

I recommend
poloniex.com as exchange
coincap.io for pricing of coins
gather information about coins (e.g. here on bitcointalk or just use google) before buying

Pretty obviously a scam when a user with 1 activity post a link where you can donate Bitcoin.

Be a little bit more creative next time.

The idea of Litecoin is to use it for daily transactions and small amount of money transfer, while Bitcoin is the save haven.
This will also solve the problem of the capped blocksize of Bitcoin when less transaction are done on the BTC Blockchain but on the Litecoin.

I personally wish that Bitcoin stays in this circle of internet users,
but on the other hand this is a huge chance for Bitcoin to gain a wider range of users and seem more trustable to 'normal' investors.

I guess this whole thingy by the PBoC isn't too bad for Bitcoin.
The price of course drops when the People's Bank announces a new meeting with the big exchanges,
but on the other hand they are finding ways to make Bitcoin a legitimate in China and will on the long run end with a even broader userbase.

Windows 7 is still in the lead for adoption. This should send microsnot a message, don't mix tablet and desktop operating systems.

Agree with that. It seems to me that windows is on the downtrend, even by giving free Windows 10 copies to Win7 users most of them haven't taken the change.
Microsoft failed to often in a short time with Windows Vista, which led to people staying on Win XP and then Win8 which led to so many still using Windows 7.

can find it here latest 3 videos - https://www.youtube.com/user/ZiljTV

Hopefully this thread is still alive.  Cheesy
How much does a kW/h cost where you are living? Can you please present some calculations you did for your mining rig.

Hello Sleepwalkers,
I seem to have created quite mess of wallets amongst random accounts on oh so many websites.
What does bitcointalk use to keep all of their CryptoCurrency information organized and in clarity?

With Love~

I recommend to use various options, having your encrypted keys and passphrase saved in online storage but also on your local PC.
For additional safety you can print your private keys and passwords out, laminate it and keep it at a secured spot.
