Re: What is your best investment strategy?
by

The crypto world can become unpredictable sometimes, making our choices of investing into it, a very limited one. From scams to ponzis, there have been many losses from investors, yet making it very difficult to find a reliable investment.

But on the bright side, you could still invest into assets and commodities with your crypto like Gold and Silver. Then, if done right you could profit along the way with a good strategy.

As for me, I only decide to invest into gold (by exchanging BTC to Gold) and into some NXT and BURST assets.

What would be your investment strategy? Please share your tips, advice, or any good strategy you would use to safeguard your crypto investments.  Smiley
One investment strategy that will I do to make money from money becoming more are investing in Bitcoin if given the choice to buy gold or Bitcoin then I will choose to buy Bitcoin because Bitcoin has the prospect to continue to rise against the fiat .

If people are too rush to take a decision to sell Bitcoin it is wrong because Bitcoin has the prospect to continue to rise against the Fiat .don't take a decision as panic because panic can kill you give in.

Re: The future of the paper money

Andrew Haldane said one solution would be for the Bank of England to issue a state-backed digital currency based on bitcoin. Supporting this initiative would be a negative interest rate levied on paper currency relative to the digital currency, with these measures do you think there is more possibilities that sometime:

Paper money will be banned entirely?
How long do you think that happens?
would it work?
What security and privacy risks would it raise?
And how would public and privately issued monies interact?

I think the trend of using paper money has been slightly reduced because people often use digital money via credit card .As well as Bitcoin is one form of money cryptocurrency are often used because it is easier to be transferred in a broad scope but the government has not been able to stop producing paper money.

What are the features that a good investor should have?

He should be optimistic on what he is investing, because if he thinks about negativity that can have a bad impact to his investment.

What are the characteristics of people who have enough capital and earn money from money?

Well they are risk takers because they know how to work with their own money and they are flexible too.

What are the factors that make these people successful in their investments?

They are goal setters they are looking upon the positive result that they can have upon investing with it.
How to make money out of money one is to invest . an investor must have the knowledge and experience of analysis and he must ensure that his business is legitimate to pay.

Coinbase CEO believes bitcoin will replace dollar within 15 years.

Read the following news:
http://cointelegraph.com/news/114983/coinbase-ceo-bitcoin-will-replace-dollar-within-15-years

Do you think it will be true? Are you positive towards bitcoin's future status?
Make Bitcoin as a world currency is a very good   wishes .Everyone will have their own wishes and it does not hurt to try and make it happen, but trying to make it happen is not as easy as it takes effort and struggle very hard to make your wishes come true.

Hello, I would like to ask if anyone knows for a good way to invest Bitcoins? I am very interested in purchasing shares of a startups, something like bnktothefuture, but with lower minimums.

I am currently active on BTCjam, but I would like to invest in startups too not just loans.

Thanks Smiley
We can invest with Bitcoin in many ways one of them with trading but trading Bitcoin need skill and experience if you do not have both of them then you will only be a waste of money so you can figure out how to trade via Bitcoin talk or Google .

In my opinion if you are afraid to invest all your money into Bitcoin better then half of the total invested your money in Bitcoin. And the other half you can use to invest in other businesses.

If you had to convert all your wealth to either Bitcoin or gold and keep it there for 10 years, which would you choose? Keep in mind the fact that Bitcoin has only been around for 5 years, and could be fundamentally different in any number of ways in 10 years.
Bitcoin and gold have same point that both are currency and they will rise up fluctuative but I will prefer to choose invest in bitcoin because bitcoin is cryptocurrency ,  and easy .

Re: Bitcoin is a good investment now, because...

Investing in bitcoin is a clever decision now because very soon it's price and demand will increase as both are directly dependent on each other. So if you but bitcoin and hold got 6 months then also you could get $100 just by doing nothing but hold your $800. I think it's not a bad idea
However, the price will not always move based on our prediction, there are times that it falls back and we can lose our investment if we sell for a cheaper price. I guess it is all about spotting the right timing and now is the right timing since the price has risen and continuously rising.
Think that we will get to the $1,000 in the next few days, that should be your inspiration to your investment now.
The prices certainly always goes up although there are sometimes it will fall back. Therefore, you must be patient, be wise and learn how to control your emotion. Panic can slowly kill you from the inside. Try not to become a panic seller or a panic buyer. Read charts and analyze them wisely and you will earn profit from Bitcoin
Although the price of bitcoin is fluctuative but I was read some articles from great people's who said that the price of bitcoin will rise until more than 4500 $ in this year's probably tey were made analysis before . I hope it's will happen .

Re: Spending Bitcoins
by

on 26/01/2017, 10:42:10 UTC
To grow the adoption of bitcoin we need people spending it as a daily currency.
In my country there is not much I cant buy with bitcoins.
Granted not a lot of retailers accept BTC yet but with all the services available now they dont need to.
A bitcoin debit card can be very handy.

Nowadays if I need to pay a bill then I can pay any bill via a site called livingroomofsatoshi

Please list any reasons why you could not use bitcoin for day to day expenses and maybe we can find a way.

Because in my place there's not a saller who accept bitcoin as payment metode because this problems caused the mayority of people din't know about bitcoin yet ,so saller not interested to accept bitcoin as payment metode.
So usually i change btc to fiat to spending my bitcoin.

Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money?
by
LOUISEBIT
on 25/01/2017, 12:05:05 UTC
Yes It will be. Because,
  • More stability
  • More trust from institutional investors
  • More organic growth
  • Less manipulation
  • Less volatility
  • More distribution of liquidity outside of China
  • Higher probability for financial instruments approval
I must say all the points you highlighted are strong points Bitcoin can put forward any day as a favorite contender of the future of money, however I do not buy the idea of your 5th point. Bitcoin cannot be said to be a less volatile currency. Only recently, we were trading at about $1150 per Bitcoin, it came down to $752 and now trading at over $900, how else can volatility be described?

That aside, strong volatility is not a disadvantage, it in essence is showing high liquidity and which is what creates the enabling environment for demand and supply to compete effectively leaving us with a reasonable for Bitcoin.
yes i agree with you , i think volatility of bitcoin is good for trader. I think bitcoin is apropriate as future of money . Because we can do something that we can't do with paper money such as fast world wide transaction.

I'm asking this because it could be different from person to person. Different people may like different aspects of bitcoin. So what do you like the most about it?
