Re: [ANN] LandDAO - Your Gateway to Tokenized Land Ownership

With BlackRock joining forces with Grayscale, is this the start of crypto going mainstream or just another Wall Street takeover? Every day seems to bring a new "innovation" in the space. While growth is exciting, I worry that the original spirit of decentralization in crypto might be fading. Maybe projects like LANDDAO, focusing on real-world assets, can help keep that vision alive as big players step in.
You're right, and I share the same concerns. While it’s exciting to see companies like BlackRock and Grayscale bringing more attention to crypto, it does feel like the space is moving further from its original decentralized ideals. Wall Street's involvement may lead to more centralization, which is what many of us wanted to avoid in the first place. However, projects like LANDDAO, with their focus on real world assets and community driven ownership, could be a way to keep that decentralized vision alive. These types of projects remind us what crypto was supposed to be about: ownership, freedom, and empowerment.

So it is RWA?

I have been involved in some RWA projects including Realio Network and Propchain. So how will LandDao going to compete with these RWA projects?
Tokenizing land ownership is not a new trend and I think the NFT market still worth some billions of dollars which i hope will appreciate with time as the price of cryptocurrency keeps surging. I still hope to involve myself in projects like this one where my investment can worth something reasonable within a speculated timeframe. I don't know how profitable this project could be  but I hope that it will be something worth investing, now that we are expecting the bull trend to fully function.
Yes, tokenization is not something new but has a lot of flaws, which is the reason why most real-life asset tokenization projects are not successful. According to what I have read about LandDAO, they seem to solve the tokenization space's flaws, and that's why they introduced an innovative financial solution for uncertainty and fluctuations in the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
Do not forget that anything can be tokenized(land, art, car, house etc) so that investors can have access to their investment allocation.
It can be in terms of digital currency registered on the blockchain to take records of every transaction so every investor can access there allocation. The top reasons why many investors tend to consider real world assets as an option is to make profits with minimal risk,  without taking part in the security and management of such asset.
Exactly, anything can be tokenized whether it’s land, art, cars, or even houses. Tokenization gives investors a clear allocation of their assets, making everything more accessible and easier to track. By using digital currencies registered on the blockchain, every transaction is recorded transparently, so investors know exactly what they own. One of the biggest reasons investors are drawn to RWA(Real world Assets) is the potential for profit with minimal risk. They don’t need to worry about the security or management of the asset itself, which makes it appealing for those looking for a passive income investment. It’s a smart approach that leverages the power of blockchain to simplify asset ownership and investment. RWA(Real world Assets) really is the way to bridge IRL and Crypto

I completely agree with the concept behind LandDAO. They pool funds from members to buy land, which is then tokenized into NFTs and distributed to participants. It's not just about capital gains either—NFT holders can gain perks like rental income or even decision-making power within the project. The use of blockchain makes it easy to trade your stake in the property. However, the question of legal ownership behind the NFT is important and likely depends on the country's laws, such as those in Ghana. Non-citizens might face restrictions, so understanding how each project handles ownership is crucial. It's an exciting way for crypto to revolutionize global real estate, but definitely worth looking into the legal side.
