Может никто не захотел этим заниматься и решили дело закрыть по быстрому, хотя какое же тут решение, если при этом мошенники остались на свободе. Ограничить установку таких криптоматов по магазинах тоже не получится, все не отследишь, разве что если есть камеры наблюдения попросить запись, может удастся определить тех кто устанавливал и через них уже выйти дальше. Хотя мы всей истории не знаем, в статье могут одно написать, а на самом деле было все немного не так.
