You were probably staking on a wrong fork. Had that happen and I had staked like 100k lol. Once I resync though those coins were gone and really only staked a few thousand.
Hopefully I made a back up a few days ago (I forgot I had done it) and I got my coins back. The balance now matches the one mentioned in the blockchain.Thanks for help anyway mates

Hello I had a crash on my computer. My FLT wallet was stuck with syncing and was stacking at that time. When I restarted my wallet, it synced with the new nodes provided by unamis but I have lost coins in the process. The blockchain mentions the earlier amount of coins I had. What can I do to get back those coins pls?

it is normal for the wallet to orphan all stake when it's synching. coins orphaned are not lost, although you can't spend them, coin-age is not lost and the coins in your wallet will re-stake.
Well those coins aren't in my balance anymore so they are lost. And they are mentioned as confirmed in my transactions window.

We can "fix" the KDC wallet, or even implement new features, but it boils down to the fact that we're still just going to be lacking a marketing angle. We need a PR person. Someone who can be responsible for marketing the coin and getting accepted places.
If someone wants to step up and be that person, we'll work on the wallet. We'll throw up a poll and see what people want to change. But if we don't find someone like that, we're looking at a zombie coin.

People still want to believe in this coin. This ain't a zombie coin.
If no experienced PR person steps up, I can be that person. I will have some time for it the next few months and I'm ready to listen what the community would like. But to be able to do the marketing, we have to attract people with features they like so the poll is needed. Would you like me to gather the wishes of the community regarding those features?
