Sorry let me clarify this, no I am not asking for a loan to offer hosting services, I am offering equity in the project , In otherwords for other to get involved and own equity , "%" of the project , If I have already spent lets say for arguments sake , "300k Rands- which relates to about 20000 usd, then if someone else would enter with another 20000 usd, then I would split the ownership 50/50 , if someone came in with 5000 usd, or less, then the % or ownership would be less.

easy to work out based on % as the ultimate profits can be paid out accordingly .

The idea is also to put up security cameras, and give everyone access to the cameras as well as the mining statistics and payout wallets.

If that's the case you should move your thread to a more proper section, like Project Development or Securities. Indeed it looks like you have there something that will eventually make something out but on the other hand, you still miss the basic equipment, which is the miners and I think that is the most expensive as well.
Also, do you calculate how much time you will need to bring it to life and make it a fully functional mining farm? Because time is very important when it comes to an investment...

how do i move it or you mean delete it and repost

What is still required to finish the boundary wall, security etc is about 14000 usd.

Then after that its just the purchasing of the equipment , and possible some small wooden structures and maybe another room for a bigger setup built out of brick,

From there it would be complete and running off-grid

I have since bought another industrial property where I am busy building my walls and rooms and intend to create a renewable bitcoin farm.
You might want to provide pictures as well...
- It doesn't matter if it's not yet finished and please don't redirect me to your website like it's some sort of a treasure hunt.

I have ordered a few things already , however the Investor would score off basically free rent from the mine and since it will run on solar and wind, there would almost be no running costs .
Just to be clear, are you asking for a loan in order to provide hosting services? Btw, when it comes to mining operations, there are other costs other than electricity [e.g. maintenance, repair, and a few other things].

My total investment I am looking for is around 1 BTC , of which I already have 0.2 Btc raised .
Can you provide a complete cost breakdown for your project [based on the 0.8BTC that you still need]?

The funds I have raised are my personal funds of 0.2btc , they are in my exchange wallet .
In other words, you can't sign a message to prove you have those ["Not Your Keys, Not Your Coins"].

Sure I totally understand your point,

However here people are very reluctant to invest into anything bitcoin related, most people here still think its a scam and dont believe it in , so its hard to get the required investment.

just a note, I managed to raise R760000,00 Rands from the crypto space without a single investment from South africa and that was to buy an apartment for our Airbnb business, so I am still very sure that if people from here can invest in that, why wouldn't they invest in this ? the probability is quite high they will

Sorry I forgot to attach the architect and Engineer plans I had done with approval which cost me another 9400 rands

I understood that no one was going to give a new user money which is why I started the project back in May, and decided to get it going first myself so that when the time comes to introduce my project to the public, that there would be some support and people could appreciate what I was doing and join in , and as mentioned before , join in other ways besides sending me money ,

it would be great to get a big group of supporters for this project , and I would even be happy to transfer the property to a trust or into a company name with the investors as Directors of the company , at least thats what we did with the Leasehold project ,

the 5 directors that started the company now all share the assets and run the company, its proved to be a efficient and good way to split things up fairly between all.

Let me know your thoughts please

Sure I can provide whatever any one asks for . pictures , wallets etc etc no problem, Just let me know exactly what you want,

Then regarding the comment about the mine only costs electricity , that is not true, it costs Rental pace, equipment costs, Internet costs , maintenance and monitoring etc etc. Its not like you just plug in and pay your electricity bill.

So let me Clarify first what it is I am doing, and what it is I am seeking , and why I want others to Join in and help make this operation one of Decent Size.

1. I need to get land "best option is to own the land. This I have already purchased for 212000 Rands. the land is located here https://goo.gl/maps/8PQ4rhxewpvdwCGf6

2. need to build a 2.4m secure boundary wall and put up electrical fencing and security cameras. I have already got the architect to draw the plans , I have had the local municipality approve them, and I have had the Engineering Company "Via Plan" approve the structural design for the first small building inside the property to host the first set of machines .

3. need to order some Miners as well as power supplies for them

4. I need to order some solar panels to power the miners " I have ordered a few 535 Jinko panels for around R14500 odd.

5. I need to order some wind turbines for more power

6. I will need to buy electrical cables and tools for installing the setup .

7. I will need to build some cheap wooden structure to house the panels and get them North facing , erect the wind turbines

8. will need to purchase some batteries for failovers etc .

9. last but not least , I plan to make a "multi-signiture wallet" where the machines will be sending all the BTC they make, this way its a safe bet that no one can take the coins without everyone agreeing and everyone has piece of mind.

This is a venture I have decided to take on a few months ago, and have already started as you will see in the below pictures I will provide,

Eventually I will get there as I have a decent amount of Funding from being a Delegate on the lisk network for the past 5 years, however the more people I can get involved in the project the bigger we can grow it and all profit together as the idea is to get the mine to a point that its not costing us anything other then internet and maybe some muncipality fees for using the land , " not rent"

Anyone that wants to take part in the project can also do so without sending me any money ! I dont really want to take money from anyone , Instead each person can be responsible for ordering certain things for the mine to be operational and we can work something out for each person based on what they provide. that should also show alot more then I am here to ask for money.

Ok so first here is the apartment that We bought from our last fund raising :

Why the need to tell me I cannot read ?

If you saw my reply we already used the money to buy the apartment , and we raised the funds through crypto, not all bitcoin, through Lisk as well.

So the raised funds have been spent on the apartment already ,  the next amount of funds I have raised , are personal , from me only , which I am putting down to start my mine,

I have spent 15000 USD on a 1800m2 land, and busy with another 12000 usd to do the building ,

The funds I have raised are my personal funds of 0.2btc , they are in my exchange wallet . this 0.2btc will go towards equipment and miners, and whoever joins me , would help grow the mine ,

thats all, if you do not wish to invest or get involved , then thats fine, but I dont think its needed to say things like I cannot read, its not necessary.

Thanks

on 11/07/2021, 13:02:44 UTC
Good day everyone , I am looking for some investors to start up my mine here in South Africa.

I have already successfully started the https://leasehold.io project and managed to raise enough funds to buy our first apartment in June 2021.

I have since bought another industrial property where I am busy building my walls and rooms and intend to create a renewable bitcoin farm.

I have ordered a few things already , however the Investor would score off basically free rent from the mine and since it will run on solar and wind, there would almost be no running costs .

My total investment I am looking for is around 1 BTC , of which I already have 0.2 Btc raised .

If anyone is interested please get in touch so we can work something out .

Many thanks

Binance not paying competition winners.
by
Leasehold
on 18/01/2021, 11:25:31 UTC
Binance South africa has been pushing and marketing their services in South Africa to try and attract more investment or use for their exchange.

They often hold competitions and AMAs to try introduce more of the market here.

I was lucky enough to win one of the competitions, well at least thats what I thought, Until I met one of the "Binance Angels" who seems to be so arrogant and even want as far to say that the "prize was not an obligation " Huh?

Cannot believe this is how Binance treats some people that have won a prize, is this proof that they are aggressively marketing in poorer countries just to take peoples money and dont even honour their word.

Not impressed with Binance at all for doing this .

Leasehold Holdings, the Innovative Real Estate Company, Offers a Pioneer Scalabl
by
Leasehold
on 12/12/2020, 06:51:26 UTC
Blockchain technology is one of the most promising upcoming technological trends in the information technology domain.* The global blockchain market size is expected to grow from USD 3.0 billion in 2020 to USD 39.7 billion by 2025, at an impressive Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 67.3% during 2020–2025.** At the same time, the global real estate market is expected to generate a revenue of USD 4,263.7 billion by 2025.***

Enterprises have already recognized the impact that blockchain technology can have on the real estate industry. Some of the most well-known use cases of blockchain technology in real estate are those covering the tokenization of properties and blockchain-based registries.****

Leasehold Holdings detected the trend early and focused on developing a seamless integration of the two trends, an advanced, scalable blockchain ecosystem based on real estate. The firm provides a high-end solution that allows users to create, list, and trade side chains on their first DEX called LDEX. For the ecosystem to have a proper foundation, the real estate industry will be the cornerstone of the project.

This pioneer project is a side chain project of Lisk, the blockchain application platform. The LDEX that Leasehold Holdings built was done from the Lisk SDK and one of the first official projects. LDEX, the Lisk decentralized exchange is fast, transparent, secure, pseudo-anonymous, user-friendly, deterministic, and open-source.

As Reo Elliott, CEO at Leasehold Holdings, emphasizes, “Leasehold achieves success by using our unique technology and system for short-term rental apartments rented out through multiple cross-platform booking sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Homeaway, etc.” And he adds, “Leasehold is maintained by a dedicated and highly experienced team who can assist any group of people to launch decentralized exchanges (DEX's) or tokens.”

Now, Leasehold is initiating a much-anticipated Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) where users can buy LSH tokens. The Leasehold token (LSH) derives its value primarily from the aggregate demand for all tokens within the Leasehold ecosystem including demand for the LSH token itself. LSH has a smart recouping mechanism which is designed to increase its price over time and create deflation. The rental income which is produced will be used to purchase back LSH tokens on the market.

I have their phone number in case anyone has the same issue: +41766347885. all these excuses how they have the money locked up and we have to help them get it out bla bla, just hope other starting out projects like ours dont fall into the trap, its hard enough for the small honest projects to get ahead net alone try recover from a scam.

Leasehold holdings pty  ltd   "https://leasehold.io" was contacted by a guy named Philippe Axelrod this week who claimed he wanted to invest in Our Company.

We sent him the offer and initiated a call on the phone with him. At First he claimed they had over 500k euro in cash and how can we help to get this money over into our account, which was the first red flag.

Second he spoke about do we know how we can help him get more money into bitcoin and that they had to spend this money fast before the end of the year.

We have heard of many companies claiming all sorts of things but this "Philippe" was of a desperate nature and very Rude when he finally realised that we were not falling for his scam.

so to anyone else that is contacted by this company please be careful of what they are trying to do. company says they are around since 2008 and have only had the site registered for 1 month .

I hope no one falls for their tricks please be careful out there to all new projects .

Yes we had raised 1btc in our initial coin offering that was paid to Probit for us to list, so we are listed on 2 exchanges for trading , however we still need funds for marketing and since we are in the last token sale, without some exposure it will be quite difficult for us to obtain the needed funding hence we want to do the final IEO on probit
