WOuld it be possible to add Phoenix miner ?
and to set a constant fan speed, i have to through the OC settings or i can set this parameter else where, if it's the only thing i want to set.

i get 28 mh/s at 150 Watts
i'm getting the same hashrate with a rx 570 at 65 watts.

No you are not
Your 570 most likely uses like 125 watts. The wattage in afterburner is not accurate.
Yeah i would be suprised too, i got the wattage from HWinfo, but it sounds right to me.
