Renting hash power? Cheesy

Or 10 rigs @ 6 GPU's per rig Wink

You're getting approximately 31.6 Mh/s per card? What cards are you using please?
How's your power consumption?

If your Skype was also compromised; why is it still in your profile to contact?

If you never use Yahoo; why is it still in your profile to contact?

A compromised account can happen once through carelessness, however twice? Ignorance. You should never be traded with again.

"Sorry" doesn't cut it and your 'Trust' is far from sufficient to fall back on.

The right thing to do would be to return my Ethereum ...

You didn't respond on any platform.

I am still out of pocket for 5.7 ETH.

ETH immediately tumbled away, 2 minutes later disconnects, returns with a cover up to then go offline again 2 minutes later. etc

[16:08] <@Lerrcey> Doesnt want to connect to the remote node
[16:08] Lol
[16:08] <@Lerrcey> Do you use light or full node?
[16:08] <@Lerrcey> http://service.iotasupport.com:14265 look right?
[16:09] Yes my real account was bigs210 24 and when I  hacked  they got all my accounts and all
[16:09] <@Lerrcey> Fuckers. I hope you didn't lose a lot
[16:09] I use light
[16:10] <@Lerrcey> Which node address do you use? I took that from iostasupport.com but its failing to connect
[16:10] Yes and 3 different so called escrow people on bitcointalk fucked me to you can not trust then bro
[16:11] <@Lerrcey> Yeah man, totally understand your caution. Been stung too in the passed. I guess its just the nature of the beast we play with :P

[16:12] <@Lerrcey> not sure when I lost you or what you missed
[16:12] <@Lerrcey> Yeah man, totally understand your caution. Been stung too in the passed. I guess its just the nature of the beast we play with :P (was my last)
[16:12] Got kicked off or something
[16:12] I been in crypto for a long time bro I'm known well
[16:13] <@Lerrcey> Both a blessing and a curse :)

[16:14] <@Lerrcey> I tried that, wasn't working for me
[16:14] That is what mine is running on now
[16:15] <@Lerrcey> OK, it's finally set up, it was being a pig. Have you got a preference for escrow site?
[16:15] That's strange mine is running on it now

[16:16] Nope like I said I don't trust them either bro honesty if you don't want to do it I understand I'm good either way if I keep them I'm good if I sell them I'm good don't really care bro
[16:17] <@Lerrcey> Naturally I can't take a strangers word either which is why I wish to use escrow
[16:20] <@Lerrcey> Do you have a preference on escrow site?
[16:22] Ok bro then I will just sell to next guy sorry I can't risk to loose any more and he agreed to send half the btc then when I send he will send other half but thanks
[16:22] I understand from your side also but trust me there is no safe escrow I been burnt 3 times never again
[16:22] <@Lerrcey> OK. Sorry you feel that way. I've been stung before out of escrow, not worth the risk.
[16:23] <@Lerrcey> Aye, no worries mate. Nature of the beast
[16:23] <@Lerrcey> Alternatively, we could bleed them across and minimise any losses if one defaults. Just means we pay more fees
[16:23] Yes bro no hard feelings honestly I have been taken way to many times but it was a pleasure bro
[16:25] Well that is what other guy said but he said he send .5 And then I send 10 and same for next batch
[16:25] <@Lerrcey> Do you have more for sale or are you selling them all to him?
[16:25] The hackers stole 100 gi from me I had to get more they wiped my ass clean
[16:26] <@Lerrcey> Ouch
[16:26] I have 120 gi total now
[16:26] <@Lerrcey> Nice. Can/will you accept ETH? quicker transfer times if we're to do it in stages
[16:27] I was taken for over 5 btc when I was hacked probably  even more really took all kids of my alts I had on desktop wallets
[16:27] <@Lerrcey> Ouch. For that reason I keep no recoverable information digitally
[16:27] How are you suggesting
[16:27] Smart bro
[16:28] I know once this iota hits the markets on the 13th ot is going to be a money maker hope make up all my loses
[16:29] <@Lerrcey> At current market value I have ETH at 10.7 for 1 BTC. If we break it into 4 stages? 3.2, 2.5, 2.5, 2.5 for 4, 5, 5, 6?
[16:30] <@Lerrcey> Sounds a bit of a ballache, but we are both strangers at the end of the day :D
[16:30] Yes I do understand bro
[16:30] <@Lerrcey> I can't help but ask; if you're sure it's going to be a money maker why sell up now? and not just hold - exchange release is in the next week
[16:31] I got them at a good price and as I said I need some btc for something now I'm going to put it into strat
[16:32] <@Lerrcey> Fair one. I've heard good things on STRAT. STR is doing great atm too, got potential.
[16:32] Honestly sometimes I am also to nice I always help people when I am doing good and always get fucked in the end lol
[16:32] <@Lerrcey> Will you accept ETH? for the quicker transactions? Alternatively I currently hold XMR STR or XRP too
[16:32] <@Lerrcey> Yeah man, know that feeling all too well! lol
[16:33] Yes I have 220 strat now had for a long time lol I had 55k xrp they got when I was hacked and had them since they were worth nothing bro
[16:33] <@Lerrcey> Bastards
[16:34] <@Lerrcey> I can do 1 BTC in any of the above, or I can convert it to BTC for you however on last transaction it took about an hour -_-
[16:34] No eth will work I can convert no prob I may keep a few lol

[16:35] Eth addy
[16:35] <@Lerrcey> Awesome sauce. It's my least favoured atm, cause I could have made double in any of my others but there should be a nice increase coming next week
[16:38] <@Lerrcey> Well...  the auth email is taking it's sweet arsed time.
[16:38] Yeah I'm not so sure on eth really it's hard to say but strat breezewallet  is coming out this month to so it will go crazy and it's fairly low today dropped a little
[16:38] No rush bro no worries
[16:38] <@Lerrcey> Interesting. might have to put a bit on strat too :)
[16:39] <@Lerrcey> Still licking my wounds from 1200 XMR loss two weeks ago lol
[16:39] Honestly watch youtube look up Chris Dunn he is a big trader and his last few videos he speaks on strat and he was not paid to do so
[16:39] Oh shit how
[16:40] I hate xmr after what fluffyponyza did said there was a big announcement and fucked everyone
[16:40] <@Lerrcey> On hindsight, some silly mistakes. Bounced about, came back for the big announcement, lost like 20%, then bear trapped.
[16:40] So him and his team could make money and dump on everyone
[16:41] <@Lerrcey> Yeah, hard not to believe. Claims he didn't but it can't be proved cause of the coin lol
[16:41] I got caught in his stupid trap hell many did now they won't fuck with xmr hell I had 22k dgb when I was hit too
[16:42] <@Lerrcey> Ouch yeah man
[16:42] Yes he did he was on chat bragging about it calling us idiots and xmr don't need asshole like us lol
[16:42] <@Lerrcey> He cost me a lot of money :'(
[16:42] 225k dgb I mean
[16:42] <@Lerrcey> Nice
[16:42] <@Lerrcey> This is a little frustrating. Send ETH from poloniex, they're usually shit hot on emailing me - still waiting
[16:43] <@Lerrcey> Unless you've received it without my email coming through? 3.2
[16:43] And it killed me I cried like crazy bro I have been saving all my crypto earnings to go towards my children's collage funds I have 4 kids and was doing so good
[16:43] <@Lerrcey> 4 kids? Dude, you need a TV.
[16:44] Let me check
[16:44] I'm fixed now bro lol I figured out the issue
[16:44] <@Lerrcey> Yeah man, I whept many tears. 1200 XMR SMH
[16:44] <@Lerrcey> hahahaha
[16:45] <@Lerrcey> I can only presume it's gone through without the necessity for email auth, even though it asked me to check
[16:45] Nothing yet
[16:48] <@Lerrcey> Use ETH he says. Quicker transaction times he says.
[16:49] Yeah right lol always when your trying to do something
[16:50] That is weird eth is fast normally
[16:51] I'm sorry if I came off wrong in the beginning you seem to be a good guy
[16:52] <@Lerrcey> Thank you. Don't worry about it dude. Nature of the beast
[16:52] <@Lerrcey> I sent the 2nd payment of 2.5 through too in the hope it would flush through the email, same detail. Just waiting now. 5.7 should be on route.
[16:52] <@Lerrcey> '/should/
[16:53] I just been screwed so many times bro and my nature I'm to kind hearted and I been fucked everytime I'm sure all in all I lost over $40,000 in crypto and believe it or not when I started trading in 2011 I started with $5.98 I made off faucets and traded my way up this last hit almost made me give up
[16:54] Let me check bro
[16:55] <@Lerrcey> That must be a pretty spectacular portfolio! Great job. I only got involve last year, and naturally wish I'd started sooner. Couple of burns here and there but still way, way up. Most of this years profits are going into more miners so I can stop risking it all on stupid trades hahaha
[16:55] Yeah crypto is great bro nothing yet showing man
[16:56] That is weird do you have to confirm an email nro
[16:57] Never chase the pump bro read up find some good coins with meaning and a good team many of these coins have the same team or most of the same team
[16:57] <@Lerrcey> Sent from Poloniex so 2FA and email on all withdrawls. They're usually shit hot when 'erhmagerd u lergged in from anuva IPEEEEEE' but when you want to send coins they're slow
[16:58] Maybe slow withdraws I hate polo bro I moved to trex polo is slow and lags trex has been good
[16:58] <@Lerrcey> Bittrex?
[16:59] Yes
[17:00] Iota will be launching on bitfinex which I'm not to happy about really I never used their platform
[17:00] <@Lerrcey> The pumps can pay of so good though! haha
[17:00] <@Lerrcey> Yeah, I'm sure once one takes it they'll all want a slice of the pie and quickly adopt it.
[17:00] Yes they can but you can't get caught in them so many people do lol
[17:01] I need more prat ice reading charts I read up on coins and study them so much
[17:01] <@Lerrcey> Yeah, it was a bloody expensive lesson. Hindsight is wonderful though; look back and like why? idiot. It's obvious... yeah, after. lol
[17:01] <@Lerrcey> Yeah, That's probably my weakest area. I'm a numbers man
[17:02] Yeah crypto is like being bi polar high one min bashing your head the next my wife thinks I'm nuts
[17:02] <@Lerrcey> Hahaha, do you mine too? My wife is sick of hearing 'risers'
[17:02] That's weird bro still not a thing check it and track it
[17:03] <@Lerrcey> I'm expanding in a couple of months to a warehouse and shes constantly rolling her eyes at me when I'm talking tech lol
[17:03] Haha they have to be nuts to put up with our shit
[17:03] <@Lerrcey> hahaha yea
[17:04] Mood swings like ahhh I love you one min and the next leave me the fuck alone lol
[17:04] <@Lerrcey> Who her or you? haha
[17:04] Me when trading lol
[17:04] <@Lerrcey> hahaha yeah
[17:04] Her to at times lol
[17:05] <@Lerrcey> My wife is a number phobe too and not a money chaser so when I'm losing my shit over the XMR last week she was just like, and? AND. It's more than you earn in a fucking year... so? oh god, go away and let me mourn lol
[17:05] In the beginning she said I was stupid buying some scam coin that don't exist and is not real until I started cashing btc out to my bitpay card paying bills with bitcoin lol
[17:06] <@Lerrcey> hahaha yeah, same detail
[17:06] Yeah right it's crazy how many people get rich by accident in crypto
[17:08] Bro you may want to check something idk I just put my addy in block explorer and still shows nothing
[17:08] <@Lerrcey> Aye, gonna ping their support now. It'll be stuck in their withdraw process I reckon as I still haven't had the emails
[17:09] <@Lerrcey> I pressed resend email on both; hopefully soon.
[17:12] <@Lerrcey> Confirmation email has come through for the 2.5. Confirmed
[17:13] I see nothing in wallet or even in progress on block explorer on my addy when I checked
[17:13] <@Lerrcey> Try now, I've only just confirmed the 2.5

Modified BIOS 480 Code 43
by
Lerrcey
on 11/02/2017, 21:45:19 UTC
When I modify the BIOS of a RX 480 Sapphire Nitro OC+ I get a code 43.
Regardless of what I change or how little I change it will always Code 43 the modified BIOS.
I tried reinstalling the drivers with the modified BIOS on but it will not recognise it.

I am a little bit stumped.

The card still displays a picture through it even though it's not detected?

Stock / Backup works fine.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Cheers

[XMR] RX 480 Overclock settings / Hashrates. Collaboration of information
by
Lerrcey
on 01/01/2017, 18:37:56 UTC
I see a lot of figures thrown around that I struggle to either achieve or believe. Therefore I have a few questions I'd like you to go through, and I will also answer them and try to help where possible.

Please avoid dick swinging and shit slinging, and please don't exaggerate your figures or recordings; try to be honest.

I know we're technically competitors in this market, but lets try to make it better for everyone(?);

1. How many 480's are you working with and which versions?

2. How stable are your mining rigs?
How often do they fall over or do you pre-emptively restart them?

3. Best and worst hash rate on the machine?

4. What is your Power Draw from the wall?

5. What is your priority? Power usage? Hash rates? Stability?

6. How do you apply your *clocks (with the program / Wattman / Afterburner)?

7. What are your *clocks? (Core Voltage (mV), Power Limit (%), Core Clock (MHz), Memory Clock (MHz))

1. I have 18 RX 480s Sapphire OC Nitro+ split across 3 miners. Their ASICs are split (1) 65%-70%, (2) 70%-76%, (3) 78%-88%.

2. Stability appears dependent on mining software used. With ZCash I had well over 2 weeks stable (before an update released or I tweak something). However with XMR they don't seem to be going beyond 24-30 hours (I thought I had them at over a week too however with the same *clocks applied I'm not getting near that lately.)

3. (1) 688-692 Hash. Total 4150 (2) 697-702 Hash. Total 4200 (3) 700-705 Hash. Total 4200

4. My best pulls 780W and worst is 820W.

5. My priority is a little bit of everything. I try to have a happy balance as I believe it's pointless squeezing out an extra 5 hash per card at the cost of another 100W from the wall. Simple not financially beneficial.

6. I personally user Afterburner. I disable Wattman and MSI from start-up to avoid conflict however check the 'apply oc at start up' with MSI. If I change any clocks I restart the computer and have the miner boot with startup.

7. All -96mV. +20%.  (1) has 1300 CC 2125 MC.   (2) has 1300 CC. 2150 MC.   (3) has 1320 CC. 2150 MC.

If you have any questions that you think would be beneficial adding please just ask. Let's work together. Thank you

What do you use to monitor your miners?

I'm currently using Etiman (From Claymore's miners) which is great, however my only gripe is I would love to see a "last seen" feature or something, as I have a temperamental machine that I'd love to know how long ago it fell over.

It's on powerline and sometimes the connection isn't great so if it's <10m, then it could come back on. >10minutes means its probably deaded

Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v9.0
by
Lerrcey
on 07/12/2016, 18:27:16 UTC
Background: This machine is a clone of another that is working 100%. It is 6x RX 480 Sapphire Nitro+

V7: 1x card working at HALF strength
V8: 1x card NOT working at all.
v9: 1x card working at TREBLE! strength

For some reason, one of the cards is working at ~650 Sol/s !!
I have restarted the machine multiple times while adjusting overclocks, remove overclocks, underclocking etc and this card still has numbers exceeding 600...

... the downside: lots and lots of REJECTED SHARES. 30%+

http://imgur.com/a/1FiDu

(The value's to the right are the ASIC scores. This is one of my 'in-the-middle' machines)

Any recommendations, solutions, suggestions?

Pre-emptively; the riser has been replaced multiple times, each with new risers to make sure one I didn't swap in a dud.

FYI: Each of my RX 480's are between 228-235 sol/s. Each machine is on average 1.380 KSol/s

I just tried the V9 my speeds have improved but for some reason 1 of my cards is hashing @ 416.995 H/s now that may sound great but all the shares are being rejected by that card?
I have all RX480 all with the same bios? Rest of the cards are all hashing around the 200+ mark .

Any Ideas anyone? I have restarted my rig to see if that would do anything

Same (see up, two posts)
If you get any solutions please let me know, and I will do the same.

I am having to run now 2 cards on V6 for stability. V7 reduces them to half strength, V8 Zeros them completely and crashing the machine.

The cards that do work on V8 however are amazing, and pulling +15-20% from V7. Just a shame about these 2 fuckers

Still having an issue with one RX 480 Sapphire not working with V8

I have 17 other, identical cards that work perfectly, cept this one will not. It's not a hardware or OC issue. It works at full power when on any other, Claymore, miner. Only worked half strength on V7, and it just doesnt like V8 at all!

Thanks Claymore
I have four cards. three card give roughly 160-180. but one card give 45 h/s. All the cards are 480 4gb and 8gb. I swipe the raiser but did not help.
Any idea
Thanks,

I'm having the same issue. I had one card on V7 working at half strength and now V8 has just zeroed it. I tried a different riser, remove OC etc, nothing will budge it.
