Я бы так не говорила,  потому что сейчас более распространено, пользоваться все же банками чем криптовалютой,  так что не могу с вами согласиться что это более безопаснее.

Закупаться нужно когла видете низкие цены и конец падения,  но это нужно чувствовать эти все моменты, но никогда не нужно спешить.

Мне кажеться что все уже давно поняли что нет смысла следить за рынком в такие моменты.
