Как то очень проблемно пройти верификацию у Вас.
В частности, никак не получается, чтоб ваша система ПРИНЯЛА загружаемые отсканированные мною изображения паспорта. Я перепробовал уже все способы за два дня!!! Разные фотографии! И через сканер, и с телефона, и с облака! Ответ один и тот же - что то типа " Ваш ID не соответствует". Хотя я указал, что это паспорт Украины и выбрал именно Украину при указании принадлежности паспорта. Короче -МРАК ПОЛНЫЙ!!! Наверное, лучше не связываться, а идти на другие площадки, т.к. и сил и терпения уже не хватает! Вы уж как то облегчайте клиентам эти муки - это же в ваших интересах! До сих пор не встречал таких сложностей при регистрации на биржах - это мой первый печальный опыт.
Вот, что меня ещё реально НАПРЯГАЕТ в работе этой биржи: как правило, я постоянно мониторю ситуацию на 5 - 6 биржах. Т.е. я вхожу в аккаунт и мой аккаунт постоянно в активной форме. Я занимаюсь какими то своими делами, периодически подхожу к компьютеру - смотрю ситуацию на рынке и снова продолжаю заниматься своими делами, если ничего не происходит на рынке. Т.е. доступ к аккаунту постоянно сохраняется. Это касается не только таких крупных бирж, как, например, Binance, Poloniex, OKEx и им подобных, но и более мелких, например, Crex24. И через час, и два, и три я могу подойти и я продолжаю оставаться в своём аккаунте. На crex24, например, может пройти и 5 и 6 часов, но при этом доступ к аккаунту всегда он лайн. Что касается Coindeal, то я замучился через каждые 15 минут вводить заново пароль для того, чтоб снова попасть в свой аккаунт. Зачем мне это лишний раз надо? Откуда я знаю какие шпионские программы мониторят мою клавиатуру. Все мои пароли хранятся на флешке. Т.е. мне приходится через каждые 15 минут отключать интернет, вставлять эту флешку, копировать пароль в форму для входа, потом изымать флешку, очищать буфер обмена, снова включать интернет.... Короче, головная боль! Что то здесь не продумано очень сильно. Печально.

Сегодня (20.02.2019) пошли уже 3 и сутки, как я пытаюсь загрузить фото своих документов! Я упорный человек. Но такого ужаса я ещё не встречал! Я перепробовал все форматы, все размеры. Результат НУЛЕВОЙ!

Я сильно ругаю себя, что предоставил им свои паспортные данные, т.к. неизвестно где они могут ими воспользоваться.

Хорошо, что я не завёл сюда деньги. Представляю, что получилось, если б я попытался их вывести!

Что то так усердно нахваливают здесь эту биржу...
Я вот, например, столкнулся на этой бирже с такими проблемами, которые на других биржах я не встречал. Вот кто скажет мне откуда у этой проблемы ноги растут:
При попытке выставить Limit Sell BCN(bytecoin) order постоянно выскакивает такое сообщение: Order failed: The price cannot be higher than 0.00000030 (0.00000030 - это текущая цена на момент выставления ордера). Т.е. как это так получается, что Limit Sell order не может быть выставлен по цене выше текущей
Это как так? Раньше всё выставлялось без проблем, но вот с конца июля такая фигня. Поддержка целый месяц молчала. И вот только вчера получил такой ответ:"Please kindly note that your order price cannot be under or over the current market price by ±1000%."
На других биржах с подобным я не сталкивался.
Кто что скажет?
