Re: When Bitcoin Fails To Recreate Same Opportunity
by

on 16/01/2025, 16:29:15 UTC

Those who saw the video when it was first posted by the YouTuber at that time will surely regret it now when they see the price of Bitcoin is already around $100K. Because at this time people who did not want to buy Bitcoin in 2011 or 2012 will definitely think the advice of the youtuber is right, but they can no longer go back to the past because time cannot be turned back. However, for those who do not care about the amount of price that Bitcoin has reached at this time but still have the intention to buy it, they will definitely continue to buy it without any doubt even though they have to face a price that is already very high like now because they also do not want to feel regret a second time in the future.
You can't generally say so by now, because we still have those who took advantage of that advice and those who became lucky even to get free Bitcoin at the earliest stage, I same opportunity that existed way back then still exists today to all about taking advantage of the right information at the right time, Bitcoin is one among the few projects that aimed changing the way we human interacts, and to become successful as this level it worth knowing that whatever money we can put down to hold Bitcoin we should do so at all time because the future ahead is so great and we are still at the Early stage of everything.

Simply put - buy, hodl, and be happy.
At $1, $100, or $100k - this reality would stay the same.
[/quote

Reality Check: We are "still at the Early stage of" many things related to crypto, but Not the early stage of Huge future % profits. The journey from $100k to $1Million is only a 10x profit and no amount of HODLing or wishful thinking can ever change that reality.

"United States: With its robust financial markets, significant venture capital investment in blockchain technology, and a growing number of states adopting favorable regulations, the U.S. is poised to remain a leader in cryptocurrency."

What? Are you personally based in the USA or have real experience here? While some states may have improved a bit, the USA is still extremely bad for crypto business - so bad that it's "free people" are barred from many large companies and opportunities which follow KYC/AML - the USA is often left out.

Glad to see Larry finally came around 7 years later. Several times. I wondered if Warren Buffet would ever change his tune, but he is retired now and it's too late. ps. The adoption S-curve looks great!

Finally, Larry Fink, Black Rock CEO, admitted what he said years ago in 2017 is wrong.

What he said in 2017?

BlackRock CEO Larry Fink calls bitcoin an ‘index of money laundering

People can change when their knowledge changed and businessmen are more easily to change because of opportunities for their business. If Larry Fink can change, many other people, from businessmen to non businessmen can change, and contribute to Bitcoin adoption and make the curve more parabolic.

Do You Consider This To Be A Friendly Community?

Hi, I am an occasional user of your forum, and am curious how people will react to the question: Do You Consider This To Be A Friendly Community? It wouldn't take long to find examples of both the good and bad, so let's keep it simple.

Questions: In general, do you think Bitcointalk.org is a friendly place, and/or would you be really comfortable telling close friends (offline, in the real world) that they should come here and sign up?

I want to ask a simple question why did he go to France? When he knows currently the whole of Europe is against him and his country of origin then why did he go to a country that is known for its stupid laws?

I read somewhere his plane needed fuel, so that is why they landed too early and in a bad spot. Really glad to see he is free now, I wasn't checking every day.

Wow, happiness can be free and easy if you learn to be grateful for what you have today. There is still room to aim for more wealth or possessions, but you are already wealthy if you are happy with what you have.  Smiley

In Poltava the Ukrainian Recruitment Officers Beat Up a Young Man who Resisted Forced Conscription.

I prefer to focus on nicer topics, but this is a peak at what is actually happening in the US supported Ukrainian mess. Only at the start the video is too far away, it zooms in and the beating is brutal considering the victim is attempting to avoid violence and killing.

Any ideas how the Global War can be stopped before it is too late?

Is It Time to Buy More BTC?

I suggest a strong 60% Yes. It is always a good idea to save some funds and place orders well below the current market. If you put ~60% of available new funds in now, and also target lower prices, you will be in a great position.

No one has mentioned SAND / The Sandbox, they have NFT's and many other things. Your NFT could be tied to a popular game and have added value, isn't that right? I know they are way down from the ATH, but it's not finished over there.

Re: I want to present the previous history of Bitcoin to the general public through.
by

on 04/02/2024, 20:57:43 UTC
Reading stories is my old habit. One day while reading stories online, I saw an advertisement, that advertisement was of Bitcoin, based on that source, my journey to Bitcoin or crypto currency.

I want to present the past history of bitcoin or crypto currency in front of people through social media and so that people can know more about bitcoin because I think I should have known about bitcoin earlier. nowadays, people are very pioneers, so there are many who learn a lot at a young age. I would like to know your opinion on how to increase the interest of Bitcoin among teenagers on social media.

By using what topics a common man will like to read about Bitcoin and will be able to gain clear knowledge about Bitcoin and show interest in investing in Bitcoin ?

Go for it! Find unique ways to connect with people, and point out some of the great old threads at this forum. Bitcoin history is really, really exciting and people should know. Also, please remember to remind people the future is also bright for BTC

Re: Why are there fewer women Than men involved in Bitcoin?
by
LibraryAnn
on 17/11/2023, 19:55:58 UTC
The truth about this is that most women do not  have the strength to withstand the pressure of Bitcoin volatility. A woman is not as strong as a man when it comes to handling some issues. Women that are into Crypto today paid the price. Not all women like to go to that length to subject themselves to stress and things that can make them develop High blood pressure.
Another thing is that women are busy with keeping the house and other easy business. But with the way the world is going and the level of education in the world, there will be more and more ladies in the crypto space.

The post I quoted would, honestly, be offensive to some women. I will agree (re: "keeping the house") women are often more "financially protective" and less likely to take risks than men. Sometimes, keeping the house doesn't mean cleaning and Women's work, it literally means do not lose the house by messing up financially. From the start the Bitcoin Community has seen many more men present than women, it has improved in recent years.

Crypto market was going well, Bitcoin was pumping gradually and altcoins also following the path after bitcoin. But market get dumped recently. But today it shows good signs for something good to be happened. So what do you think? We are going to notice recovery soon? Or many dumps are waiting ahead?

Bitcoin:
It is difficult to rally so soon after a hard fall, once the initial bounce up is over. $25,000 was the low last time, so $25,700 will be the bottom this time.  Grin

Altcoins: Yes, the ones that survived being down ~90% from their ATH will be way overdue to rally soon.

Are there truly crypto whales and what are your takes on them?
It is interesting to note Bitcoin whales, on average, are much different that in traditional investment markets. Many of our wealthy BTC siblings were quite young - and nervous - when they suddenly became rich. Greed and Fear rule the markets: Next time you see the Crypto markets going completely nuts, in either direction, you might be watching some of our insecure whales freaking out again.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5221497.0

I am concerned about the dangers of KYC, but how do you do business in the USA (and many other places) without it? To be clear, individuals cannot use vital services without obeying the requests, and businesses cannot exist without obeying the SEC rules. We need a way to help BTC go mainstream without all the BS. Any ideas?

MasterCard is forming its own crypto team, The payment solutions company has called for applications to work in the dynamic intersection of cryptocurrencies and payments in its recruitment listing. Mastercard added that the hired people will monitor ecosystem trends in cryptocurrency as well as develop upcoming products and solutions. hope you remembered facebook's Libra too. it's no news that crypto is nothing but the future . we are getting there

Yes, we are getting there fast these days. Will the MasterCard Crypto Team (MCT) understand that chargebacks are not an option for the buyer in this future?
