We are all born without religion, but we grew with the religion that our parents have introduced to us. That religion is our guiding principle. But some point in time there comes irregularities with our belief. People with little faith tends to become Atheists. Because God didn't gave what they expect they come to the conclusion the there is no God until they hate God, Religion, and all things related to such.

Our planet is slowly dying. We are at the verge of extinction. This is because of wide spread environmental problem that was rooted from generations ahead of us and is only manifesting today.
Since the industrial revolution, gas emmission boomed and deplete our protective ozone layer. Today, we are making this effect more evident by contributing more pollutants to our planets.

On a simplier note, our needs is the greatest environmental problem. Because of these needs, we came up to things that will satisfy it but will destroy our planet.

It is always evident when I am not in the mood. My face looks odd. Usually when I am not I the mood, I like to be quiet, thinking deeply until the vibes went good again. However, there are times that I divert things to eating and sleeping, in that way I regain my momentum.

I don't know. I also don't know whether all the facts that our astronauts and scientist feeds us are really true. I don't know what is right. But for me alone I think, we are not alone. There are some other being living in somewhere out there who coexist with us.

I don't smoke weed. I don't see a justifiable reason for me to smoke weed. But I don't condemn those who smoke weed, but I do hate its odor same with the cigar.

In some point in our life, we will ask our selves this question, "what is the reason for my existence?". The search for answer to this question is endless. We will always be clueless, we will always crave for the answer.

But for me I just settle with this mindset. Me, with all my existence exist just for this only one reason. TO LIVE MY LIFE. I do things that I think I should do. What will happen will happen. We should not contemplate with what others tells us to do. We shall act according to what we want to do, and for me that is purpose of life.

In one group, there will always be someone who will stand out and acts as the leader, so called alpha male. But not all those who stand out can be a leader, some can be a boss. Being a leader and a boss will never be the same.

In an engineering project one must posses a leadership skills in order to accomplish a project. To be a good leader, for me, one must possess the following qualities.
1. Honesty and Integrity. You should be someone who can be trusted. Your subordinate can rely on his opinion.
2. Inspire Others. Being a leader does not mean you will do all the work. Being a good leader, you must be able to do jobs through your subordinates.
3. Commitment and Passion. You must be committed to what you do. Your work will be worthless if you dont love your craft.
4. Good Communicator. You must be able to express your idea and commands both oral and written.
5. Decision-Making Capabilities. You must be able to decide logically as problem arises. Your decision will be intrumental to solve the problem.
6. Accountability. You must be accountable on both failures and accomplishment. You should not let your subordinates bear all problems when there is failure.
7. Delegation and Empowerment. You must trust your subordinates and give them task you know they can accomplish.
8. Creativity and Innovation. Lastly, a good leader must be creative and innovative to improve things within the organization.

These are just something a remembered in our management subject. You should apply these things to become a leader and research for more to become the best. You might not be the best now but you can be in the future.

For me, both gender should be empower. Society should not only focus on women. Not because they are seem to be weak, they should be prioritized. Society should be equal. For the benefit of both gender.

Muslims are not bad. There are just few Muslims(in words not in faith) that puts stain on the name of Muslims. ISIS just uses Muslim as a propaganda. Muslim seen as bad is a prejudice. However, there are Christians that is worst than Muslim, but we tend to keep our mouth shut because he was a Christian. Muslims have different faith from Christian, but that doesn't make them bad or criminal.

Zoo can be a good way to introduce animals to kids. But for me, animals being locked up and removed from their natural habitat si rude. If we really want to be with animals we should go to their place. We should not get them and place in a convenient place for human but a disaster for the animals.

Yes, money can buy happiness. But money can buy things that can make you happy. However, that happiness from material thing might not be the genuine happiness man is looking for. The real happiness is being with someone you love and that is something money can't buy.

When I was in nursery, I dreamt to become an accountant. But because of all uncertainty, i didn't become an accountant and may will never be. Today, I am currently in engineering school. However, if we really want to become what we dreamt off, do your best.

Religion is just a guiding principle. It is our guide on things is good or bad. But no matter what religion we belong to, we will be saved according to what we did while we are living.

If we save money today, we will have resources in times of need. As a student, it is really hard to save money, especially that we have many things to spend with. Our money is divided for transportation, food, snack, school project, load, and recreation. With many expenses, most of the time there is nothing left to be saved. For effective savings, we must set aside first atleast 20 percent of money and spend only the 80 percent left. We will never touch our saving except for the set date that we will open our piggy bank. In that manner, we can save a lot.

We can't escape death, but what is next after our death? Is there a real paradise, a place without problem and pain, a place where happiness is the only thing. But for me, there is only blankness, nothingness. Our soul will be just free floating matter in vast space.

The simpliest thing to do to prove that earth is sphere is by just standing anywhere you want. You being able to stand still is a manifestation of earth being sphere. The force of gravity that pulls you to the center of the earth. Standing on the beach, looking at the horizon where it cuts down the earth, but the water doesn't spill off. Looking on the sun as it rises and sets is a manifestation of earth's geometry being sphere.

Learning a new languange is a must in a globally competitive environment.
One of the best way on learning a new language is enrolling in a language school. They will teach you the right and proper way to use a certain language. however, enrolling might be costly. You can self-study. Buy a dual language dictionary and read it very frequently. You can also use websites about languages. In that manner you can be familiar with the language.
For a beginner, start from the most simple and frequently used words and phrases. Increase difficulty from time to time. Until you became a pro.

With country's booming population, I think it is about time to implement two child policy. In this manner, Philippines population will be reduced. However, population boom results to a larger problem: Poverty, malnutrition, crime, and joblessness.
In a contrary, having a small population also leads to a problem. There will be a small number of labor force in the future.

For me, there might be one in a hundred of countries that is corrupt free. But for the case of Philippines, Philippines is a hundred percent corrupt. Corruption here in Philippines does not only occur in government post but also on the lowest part of society, family. Family is the root of corruption.

Road accident is very frequent on this day. As a civil engineering students, some factors that I see as a factor to road accidents are the following:

Improper design of roads
Misplacement of road warnings
Road rage
Traffic violation
Irresponsible driver
Drunk-driving

These factors are very frequent in the philippines. These should be reduce and be avoided to lessen the road accidents.
