MANDATORY WALLET UPGRADE !! version 2.0.0

you have until January 1st 2025 to upgrade your wallet

New changes :
- new checkpoint for faster sync, more seednodes, smaller base fee of 1000 sats instead of 10000 ( transaction too large errors should occur less ! ) , and from January 1st 2025, 50 % of the bee creation fee will go to the community fund, this will help list the coin on more exchanges and promote LNCR.
