Not likely before the trade war is over. All the countries involved are under tremendous pressure. All the business need cash badly. I don't think it will start before the situation of trade war is cleared.

BitCoin and Crypto were never promoted by any society or Countries. Ever since the BitCoin was born, it has been self developed and promoted by people's need. Since the very beginning of BC, it was used by black market to trade illegal stuff behind the onion ring. Now it have self evolved into a uni-horn by itself. So, no matter what, the BC and crypto are going to stay and become big as long as the trading exist.
Not likely, last time was one time phenom. The spike was triggered by multiple factors. And it didn't last long. For sure, the ETH will go up again. Highly unlikely be able to set the record again!
It is gold mind rush + wild wild west lay ahead. Anything goes. Everything becomes possible with crypto. All the fields will benefit. The world used to belong to Wall Street. Now the coin and crypto are going to decentralize the Wall Street.

You can try to publish after ico and it will become your responsibility to create FOMO. That depends on yourself dude, we can't say a lot that because that based on the hype to your token to create a big FOMO
why would there be the need for ICO when its listed already on the exchange? the logic is terrible.
if the project is good, the investors would just go to the exchange and buy, there is no need for ICO when its listed already on exchanges, it just need development from the developers.
This is the thing confuse me, I read this in one of the article saying:
"6. Get your token on exchanges. Once youve created your coin and are ready to launch, you need to reach out to exchanges to carry your coin. This means people can buy and sell your coins on the open market at certain exchanges. Getting a few strong exchanges to accept your coin is absolutely imperative."
Does this means to get the TOKEN listing on exchange before ICO, right?

Not only the crypto, all the investment are the same. The more risk you take, the more money you make. Don't enjoy the high risk and high pay-off , don't do it. I think crypto is much better investment for the tech. people who enjoy discussing blockchain, dApp, samrt contract...
