Personally I would prefer bounty rewards in ethereum or bitcoin. Some of this projects take too long to come into exchanges.
Yes, personally, we should do bounty as a game, if it go to exchange but it didn't pay us on time, we cannot do anything. I know many people do bounty as a job, so it's not a good choice.I dont think that ETH will die, because it has its strength and benefits. When we has join ICO we need to buy or hold ETH to buy ICO. It is more and more popular worldwide. Even now a lot of people can buy and hold ETH because the price reduces so much. They can hold it and next month or in the end of this year they can gain the profit.
I got into the bitcoin again last year after losing all my 4.5 bitcoins to ponzi schemes early last year. I bought in bitcoin again at $20k. Now bitcoin is $6k+. I'm regretting my actions. 
Sorry to here that but wait to BTC go to 20k$ again is so long and no one know what time it can reach that.I have transfered Bitcoin Diamonds to exchange by Electrum Bitcoin Diamond wallet, but transaction somehow afects my real Bitcoin account . So I lost all my BTC.
