Hi, I've encountered some issue running gekko on my orangepi.

I'm using ssh to access my orangepi and using screen/tmux to keep cgminer running after i log out the ssh session. Weird thing is, if I keep the ssh session running the cgminer works fine, but if i log out for a while, the cgminer will stop in mins and show "usb transfer err:(-9) LIBUSB_ERROR_PIPE 3476 Segmentation fault", and mining stops.

Could anyone help?

no one?

GPU power fluctuates periodically

https://i.redd.it/8hgcwjsqtz111.jpg

It happens to all my GPUs on several rigs, there are rigs with the same config that dont have the problem. When the power level fluctuates so does my hashrate. I wonder what caused the fluctuation. Heard it could be the riser but could all of the risers fail at the same time?

I also tried with no OC at all, factory settings, all the same.

Did anyone have this problem?

Since yesterday we have the Apple Mining Monitor App available for all of our Pools.

The link is meanwhile shown on all of our pools too, even if we had not very much feedback until now.

If you are the lucky owner of an iPhone and want to try it with us

http://ubiq.minerpool.net

every feedback is highly welcome...  Cool

Thank you for a great 0% fee pool. Question, what's the difference between different pool difficulty? and the hashrate is per rig or per wallet?

The hashrate per rig / worker is ment with this, not the hashrate of the wallet, apart of if you use a local proxy and show up as a single rig / worker with the total amount of hashpower.

The higher the difficulty, the more value have the shares, cause you solve more complex calculations. But this needs time and / or hashpower. If you choose a too high difficulty you send too less shares before the next working round begins. This is why there are recommendations for the average hashpower.

Say I have 10 rigs as all different workers, each rig has a little less than 160MHs, this way I should stick with 2b pool? how about if I make all 10 of them mining as the default worker so they will show up as one single hashrate on pool, this way I should go with 4b? thanks you for clarifying.

Anyone here also worrying about ubiqpool.io exceeds 51% hashrate?
