Well, I basically contacted some faucets directly & asked them to add my site on testing mode. ( also paid some advance but cannot reveal site names.)

Regarding your question about rates, I am still testing out various Adverts. Right now I am getting steady CPM from all kinda advertisements. But I really don't wanna rely heavily on Popups so I am still looking out for different methods.
