if for developed countries it is already quite popular and many have used bitcoin for their needs, but in countries that are still lacking facilities still do not understand what crypto is, and in some countries there are also restrictions on cryptos.

Of course alts coins grows faster. Bitcoin has grown extremely higher but over years.  But lately coins just pump times 1000 in less than 1year. I mean that's over movement. Alts gives the best increment but with the highest risk.

Re: How to get free bitcoin? Is it realy work?

There are so many satoshi giving websites. But lol we both know there's nothing free in this world. Before you get that free 500satoshi which is by the way useless, you'll need to work your assistance out.  There's one site that u need to stay online for 30minutes to get 8satoshi. So if you want free money in cryptocurrency, start airdrops, if u can gamble do!

Re: Has Bitcoin reached its goal?
by
Lion_ashy
on 16/08/2018, 14:20:13 UTC
Hmm this is a deep question!
i think a man's goal never be achieved, he desires for more and more so i think goal is not achieved yet, on the other hand, other cryptocurrencies will also be growing day by day. In short people are moving towards cryptocurrency.
Even though we hope by 2022 it's price will be $100,000-250,000 yet we can't call that it's utmost achievement. So sometimes goals might be infinite.

I stand to be corrected though. I don't have any merits yet. 😁

Re: How does bitcoin affects your emotional and mental aspect of your life?
by

on 09/08/2018, 06:48:32 UTC
You know this emotional sway isn't limited to downbreak or or mental strain. In extreme cases it leads to frustration and there has been over 1k casualties that took there lives because of the loss they couldn't take the pain. To me I feel like risk is a level and it's meant to be in measure with once state of mind and training. Am not proud to say this but this January I made about $29k now I don't have up to $2900. Yet am still fine. Not that am happy per say though. But it's because of the training I gave my mind.  I don't regret it.  Because I knew if the investment were legit and cane back with profit the gain was more than me not able to risk.  So I'll just say Understand yoursef know the typo risk u can afford.

Re: CAN WE SAY THE MARKETCAP OF BITCOIN IS FALSE??

No, I think that the market cap of bitcoin is real. Many exchange are controlling the amount of btc. The market situation is very transparent and you could track the every transactions that are made.
I also think that the market capitalization of the entire cryptocurrency market is growing steadily over time and that has shown the trend of this market. Cryptocurrency is gaining a lot of investor attention so I believe that this development is inevitable in the present.

Not only the present even in the future. 😎
I mean this is the future

Its true, there are different cryptocurrency market and the highest price will be always at the top, that is the reason why coinmarketcap.com si the most trusted site by every investors.

No you don't understand what I mean...am not saying its not trusted but the maths is a bubble. I made an example few weeks ago. Just read up previous discussion.

Has anybody seen vitaliks resent tweet? He said something about adoption. If btc and eth and other big coins are adopted. And he specified even about small bits like 1-5$ worth it will become so comparative to fiats. The aim of cryptocurrency isn't about investment it's about adopting to replace banking and fiats. So u think cryptocurrency is deviating. But it's still working toward becoming a legit...

Re: With Hackers everywhere, How safe is Cryptocurrency?
by

Its no longer news that an ICO in Japan has lost over $400 million to hackers. They promised to pay back investors who invested in their ICO. Thsi is a huge loss. After I read that news, I began to wonder. How safe is Bitcoin and Other altcoins? What measures should we take to avoid being hacked ?

To me I don't see it has top notch hacking. Taking a background entry inside exchanges, hacking coins on exchanges using someone's gmails, also jacking people wallet with private keys. To me I feel like all these acts ain't hacking. Where am from Hackers don't really key they device there own key. But making use of private keys or using peopled's gmail to gain access to exchanges isn't really hacking I feel like its once act of carelessness or exchanges act of carelessness. Such transactions always have an insider like an admin for the exchange betraying the whole firm.  And the issue of wallets being hacked, watch ur back. It's ur best friend or a neighbor...trust me that person has access to you.  A strange person can't just hack ur wallet. Or the issue of airdrops. Airdrop requesting for passwords also use that method to hack people's mail. For people using the same password thereby making them vulnerable. This is what I know.  Cryptocurrency is still very safe.

In addition to this. The act of phishing isn't really hacking. There are over 250000 hackers. Nobody has been able to hack a single wallet. Crypto is not joke. There was a man that misplace his private key with thousand bitcoin said he was gonna pay huge to anyone that can hack the wallet. The probability and combination of a private key is just infinity. 😂

Am just scared if Whales decide to convert Bitcoin to Fiat. Will Tether keep printing more Tether to circulation?.

jes the marketcap and the social support could indeed be illusionary and faked.

people stil think its trustworthy and reliable however,

most traders dont use coinmarketcap anymore btw.
Shocked Shocked Shocked
Does Coinmartketcap fake Huh. Is it a right information Huh. If yes can you give us a webgite which give us a right information. Thank you so much.
I have used Coinmarketcap at the beginning when the first time I joined this market, I've very liked it and trusted it, so sad to hear it fake informations Sad

Lol he doesn't mean fake like that...i mean the calculations are extremely perfect. But the marketcap can't give perfect precision about liquidity unless it's added (not volume)

lemme give an instance. If I make coin of 10M total supply, if only 1000 of the coin is mined and sold on a market for 100$ that is 1 token 0.1$. If such coin is added on coinmarket it will have a total volume of $1M mean while only 1000 is in circulation.

Re: What factors scare others from investing into bitcoin?
by

on 25/07/2018, 12:34:08 UTC
Many factors cause people to fear investing in bitcon.
1. Legality issues, bitcoin is still illegal in some countries.
2. Prone abused (hacking).
3. Very extreme price fluctuations
4. Many fraud mode, in 2015 there has been a case of fraud by a citizen of the United States named Trendon Shavers. He founded the Bitcoin stock exchange firm called Bitcoin Saving. Shaver was later found guilty of having cheated Ponzi schemes worth US $ 150 million.
5. Unclear tax rules

Re: Losing your life savings on BTC? Hurting everyday?
by
Lion_ashy
on 21/07/2018, 03:21:54 UTC
People buy lottery ticket all the time, that’s total fine, spending $5 here and there for fun. But if you mortgage your house to buy lottery tickets you are crazy.

Same thing with bitcoin. Spend a few grand for chuckle is fine, chances are you won’t see your money again. Heck I would pick up a few bitcoins too when it drops below $100.

if you think these two are the same thing then you are the idiot!

of course there is no argument that investing your whole life savings in bitcoin is a terrible idea but it is nothing like buying a lottery ticket. it is simply because of chances.
when you buy a lottery ticket first of all you have no way of speculating whether you will win or not and second you have a minuscule chance of winning.
on the other hand when you invest in bitcoin you do have a way of speculating whether you will make a profit (win) or not and also your chances are not at all small.

😂😂🤣 lol you know have had a similar conversation with one bozo comparing cryptocurrency with Ponzi. And was like its the same.  Am like you crazy brov?  I told him that cryptocurreny is not a blind investments you control you speculate with the help of chart you guess where a coin is headed but he won't agree with me. People onky have vivid knowledge about crypto'

Truth is it's the best time.  Once you promise yourself never to look at the price after selling it. During bull run,  you can never tell the time the price will come wrecking back.  The first thing is to not be greedy, and to compare the price (with the use of chart) to the ALL TIME HIGH.

Re: Bitcoin is it the Future of Banking ?
by

on 17/07/2018, 20:29:14 UTC
So someone narrated...
A recent trip back to my hometown of Dallas, Texas got me thinking about the future of cryptocurrency. During my visit, I came across a physical “Bitcoin ATM” while putting gas in my car at the local Chevron Station.

I learned that this Bitcoin ATM is operated by Coinsource, one of the world’s largest Bitcoin ATM providers. With over 250 Coinsource ATMs located across the country, the company aims to leverage the tremendous growth of Bitcoin by providing an easy and secure way for people to convert Bitcoin to cash and vice versa. As Bitcoin becomes more mainstream, the Coinsource network saw the need for a “scalable identity platform” that could support this expansion.

The rise of Bitcoin ATMs clearly demonstrates the advancement of digital payments. As a result, a transition to real-world financial models is being seen as Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies become more common.

More interestingly, however, cryptocurrency ATMs also offer an innovative solution to solve one of the world’s biggest problems - banking barriers.

Approximately 2 billion people worldwide and roughly 59% of adults in the developing world don’t have a bank account. Yet in some countries, cash transactions represent up to 95% of all transactions.
However, it’s interesting to note that a large number of these unbanked people possess a cell phone, providing them with the means to keep a digital wallet to store cryptocurrencies. Once a digital wallet is in place, blockchain transactions allow for the transfer of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in a peer-to-peer fashion, without any intermediaries involved. The use of blockchain technology in the financial sector has been identified by many as a potential solution to reduce poverty by democratizing the access to the economy.

Re: Forum moderation policy

Either ways you can edit your post after it is being posted on a thread. So i don't think that should be the focus on this forum. How about implementing Vote pools, or Add job option to the Home forums. I know I the place can be vandalized but with strict forum moderator the place can turn out good. Because there are so many job opportunities in cryptocurrency. Without a special thread for it, posting job opportunities around other threads will still be regarded spam. I stand to be corrected though. Just adding up...
