Because crypto holders do not pay taxes and this harms the governments budget. I think that in the nearest future, government would accept crypto currencies but they would regulate them and get their taxes for sure.

Во вторых: "155к небольшая сумма" - них*я себе, это со всеми компенсациями больше 300к выйдет (тоже небольшая?). Только вот через суд от них не удалось получить пока ни 5к, ни 155к.

Выигранный суд не гарантия возврата денег. У ООО будет в собственности 2 стула, счета пустые и получаешь письмо через 3 года, что деньги не удалось взыскать.
