Project Development:
Development has officially begun this evening on the project Gramps eluded to in his previous post.  The team is still discussing how we plan to announce and launch this project, although, it is likely we will not provide many details prior to going live.  We believe this project is the starting point of a great ecosystem that will benefit many different types of users and will promote consistent growth in the Synergy market. 

A few people have asked why we are not providing more information on the project prior to launch.  The simple answer is that we want to let the market react to what is delivered with as little speculation as possible.  There is an unfortunate, very common theme the days in crypto, making grandiose claims and never delivering, leaving many holding coins that were purchased at an inflated, unjustified price.  We will not go down that path with Synergy.  If we say we're going to deliver something, we will deliver.  Actions speak louder than words, and we've got a lot to show you, I hope you'll stick with us.

Grantcoin Foundation Shifts Fundraising Strategy, Begins Outreach to Charities

The Grantcoin Foundation, a legally incorporated nonprofit organization, has decided to stop selling reserves of Grantcoin on exchanges and will instead pursue grant funding from philanthropists and charitable foundations to fund our activities.

We will also begin seeking donations from people who wish to use Grantcoin as a convenient way to make micro-donations to charities through Twitter using our Twitter wallet app. Donors will be able receive a pre-loaded USB card with software, Grantcoin currency, instructions and tech support, and Grantcoin branded merchandise as thank-you gifts for their contribution to the Grantcoin Foundation. All Grantcoin that is given to donors will be purchased in advance by the Foundation on exchanges, rather than by distributing new Grantcoin into circulation.

The Grantcoin Foundation has also begun reaching out and establishing relationships with charities and nonprofits that are interested to use Grantcoin as a way to raise money on social media. Over the next few weeks, we will start making announcements about some of these relationships, and a new website will be launched to provide buzz for charities that accept Grantcoin.

Did anyone else notice this "I am working on a significant update that will greatly exceed what I have done with the pump group." That sounds major. If it were some junk developer from shitcoindark, I'd roll my eyes. But after Grandpa rolled out that cool turbo stake page and now the pump group page, I believe what he says. I hope someone dumps a lot because I want to fill my bags before things start heating up.

Congrats on the coding and where it's at. As for the pump notification it would be helpful for coin holders that wish to participate to have a better idea where they stand in regards to balances in relation to others. The block explorer doesn't have a working rich list. We don't know the timing of notifications (how long between high balance notifications, mid level, and 200 SNRG notifications). How the notification algorithm works and determining our place in the notification hierarchy is an important consideration for us pumpee's as to whether we accumulate more or can sit back wait for pump news.

Also what is time frame for the first pump? As there is a 2 week minimum balance check for notifications, and if we need to accumulate more to get to top tier, a bit more info on this would be good. Coin is under priced IMO but some of the working specs need to be passed on to us. I understand if it's still fluid but a time frame of when this will be concrete would be highly beneficial.

Who cares? Just buy enough to get early info for the next pump and save your money for the coins that do get pumped.
