Why would you make a new group after getting to 600 members? Just to dump the admins?

Yikes.

Was there really a deleted email claiming a blackmail on here posted by the Minereum dev team and he has since deleted it?  Why would he delete it if it was true?  Yikes

I bought into Minereum so I could take a stab and get a Genesis address.  Guess I should have stuck with Bitcoin!!  At least we will get a bit of entertainment out of it.  Popcorn Ready!  Cheesy

Where is Minereum located out of and who do we have on the dev team?  Anyone that I would have heard of?

yes there was, the dev has deleted their post with news/threats.

It is my belief that the people behind Minereum are the same ones behind Polybius and therefore Hashcoins.

So, I signed in this morning all giddy to find out what was happening with Artemine, and I run smack into this mess.  With that said, does anyone have any idea what the up side of either of these coins could be considering what has just been exposed.  Just trying to stay positive.  I have lost time and money on these types of things in the past, but before I invest in anything else I need to revisit the way I research these opportunities because I really missed the ball on this one.

The presumed fact that the Dev throw us a curve ball does not help.  Like the rest of you guys, I hope the Dev comes clean.  That would be the appropriate thing to do.  In other words the Dev needs to man up.

Actually dev hasn't done anything wrong, whole discussion is pure speculation that who owns most of the gens. I have seen this kind of shit-talking too many times but this goes quite much beyond everything what I have seen so far.

That's absolutely right, a few people on a thread get upset at the dev with no proof and all of the sudden it's labeled a scam project.  There's no proof of anything other than one person has a lot of MNE genesis addresses, how in the fuck does that make this a scam???

There is proof though, one person is in control of well over 800 gen address' and has been dumping on to exchanges a long with participating in the ICO that will continue to mine profit for this person. The only person who could possibly have that many genesis address' is the dev. That is the issue here. On top of this the dev will continue to produce it's coin through Artemine because they've used their genesis address' to participate in the ICO creating more genesis address that shouldn't even be there devaluating your Artemine.

This is a pretty serious accusation that I don't believe the dev addressed in any way possible. I am a long time supporter of MNE and ART and I am one of the most active people in the telegram group. This is nothing but bad.

On a side note, the address that sent most of the ETH to these gen address' also contains a huge amount of Polybius, if you guys remember Polybius it was a scam created by the makers of Hashcoins which was a scam for distributing mining hardware.

This is not a good sign, and on top of that the dev did not address the issue at all.

While I agree it would be stupid to blackmail them to cover up this information, it is equally stupid if not more to not address this issue at all.

Hello Minereum dev.

Some of us on the telegram channel are quite concerned with the following address(s):

https://etherscan.io/token/0x1a95b271b0535d15fa49932daba31ba612b52946?a=0xc40b312169c7f8d93679ef1e91da989693cb5f93

https://etherscan.io/address/0x864c68608554ebf619a054c5941b7a0988df11d3

These clearly show someone in control of multiple genesis address' being sent the ether from one address in order to offload the MNE on livecoin.net

Can you explain these transactions to help calm us down?

I've asked the others in the channel to quote this and repost it as it could show that you are using some of the gen address' to offload minereum on to us through an exchange. This would be bad.

Thanks,
Llama

Alright worst case scenario, the devs hold a large portion of the gen addresses and they're unloading on us because both projects will most likely fail. How likely is this? Do we have reason to believe this? I don't think so. Its very well possible the devs own a large potion, and that they're unloading onto us in rder to pay for further development. If that's the case, fine. Or, they're unloading because they don't want people buying ETH in order to contribute to the ICO, which is why they're dumping MNE in order to keep prices low enough so that more people buy MNE, reducing the supply. I'm curious for the devs' response

Are you being scammed? All the signs are red and the community still holds on to its desperate belief that some good intentions are driving this project. I would recommend to offload your stake and continue from the sidelines to watch how this develops

Oh wow, thank you for the recommendation I'm not sure what I would do without this totally unsolicited trading advice.

This project is ranked 350 on CMC, FedoraCoin has a higher cap than this project.  It's under devloped and a risky investment but the upside is huge, are we being scammed?  I doubt it.  Is someone (possibly the dev) making a lot of moves using MNE genesis addresses?  Yes, absolutely, what more is there to say?  This is all speculation and, as you said, if you're not into the risk than maybe you should wait on the sidelines and watch how it develops.  Instead of telling everyone to sell like a FUDster....

I have my doubts as well but undeniably something shady is happening here. All of these address' get their gas from 1 ethereum wallet, they then all offload to livecoin.net's address. From there if it all being sold as a way to fund development it is extremely shady. These address' were active during the ATH and they are now active during the ICO. This would mean the dev is selling all his MNE without telling anyone and saying that all these genesis address' were delivered to community members.

How do you know it's the Dev that has all those addresses?

who else would have this many gen address'?

Long term is a safe investment, not the best buy in time though. Short term is a bit scary with segwit and the possibility of a bubble pop.
