All reported correction as of now have been "metabolized" by the spreadsheet... I'll be back in few hours, we need a "bit" of lull today!

Users with payout addresses NOT IN FULL CONTROL (you can't sign messages from) are advised to solve that issue for their own future protection (eg. coinjar, localbit... and similar could quit or vary their services independently from your needs). A good solution for you would be to install bitcoin-qt on your machine or to use blockchain.info on-line... they are free services too, any other solution that would fit the "sign" feature will work.

I noticed that the pay to address that I posted is not the same as the one on the google doc

If I want to buy some bitcoin I have to get verified first and link a bank account. It is @#%^ing ridiculous.

I too found it difficult to but bitcoins. Handing money over and then trusting them to transfer was worrying. There are a lot of factors that play into it.
This is my first post on this forum, but I've been warning people on other sites and Twitter that at this time BTC is in a bubble, but no one wanted to listen. I was attacked ferociously for my short term bearish view. That is one of the SUREST signs that a bubble is about to pop. The "true believers" attack any opposing view as ridiculous.
Look at this chart showing the stages of a bubble. Bitcoin believers defending this drop as no big deal, buying opportunity, from weak hands to strong hands etc. etc. THIS IS THE DENIAL STAGE. Long way to go before believers hit DESPONDENCY.

It is very interesting to see the market flow up and down like this. Also there are a lot of different exchanges, some of which the technology works and others of which it doesnt. It definitely a rollercoaster ride!
