Re: Should I invest to Ripple?

Certainly you may. Ripple had been there quiet long and as well been tested against time. Many have used it. So I think there is not much to worry about. Yet consider looking at the right timing and don't just jump into investments because the cryptocurrency market is always unpredictable. Surely you don't want to lose your investments so study the market well before doing so.

Re: How to recognize scam
by

Most ICOs that are not successful are considered by many as scams. I think this is a bit unfair. It is not good to consider this as a criteria for judging a an ICO as scam. I think the best way to look at the ICO to be a scam is by checking the team behind it, if they are actually the person as named or just somebody who pretended to be. Second  is that products are developed and without any visible product to show these means they are certainly a scam and the last one that I would be considering is that if the ICO is asking for payments and offers impossible or too good to be true bargains just to attract customers.

Re: Why invest in altcoin?

Altcoin provides an option to investors to earn money aside from bitcoin. As we have noticed in the graphs on market exchanges, there are a lot altcoins that was newly listed that created an impact and even grow in value to around a thousand in percentage or that is ten times its current value. So in this scenario anybody could earn just like we do in bitcoin. And who else would not want that to try it out? For sure everyone would be hoping for something like it.

Re: In Japan want to ban trading!

Japan is a supporter of bitcoin yet as I have known they did regulate exchanges for anonymous trading as those exchanges are not even registered by there legislators which means it is operating illegally. I think maybe they are now concern that their economy might be affected as per checking on bitcoin or altcoin trades. Such huge transactions for another country is a loss on their part and thus regulation takes place.

I think this is what describes most events with bounty hunting. And it is not good if you receive the worst box after all your hard work. Maybe it is acceptable but what if you are not so lucky to receive the box that doesn't pay off. It would be a hard feeling. I'd better choose to receive what is most appropriate than fall on surprises that might not be fair or just.

Re: How long should one have to wait to sell
by

on 18/05/2018, 10:16:01 UTC
Holding for a time and selling requires great patience. How long depends on whether you want to have more money or returns or you want to have money just for daytrading only. Which means you buy and sell immediately as soon as the value rises up where gain is in clear view.

Ethereum may have fallen during this time but it is going to go back up as it is the nature of the digital currencies. Just be confident and be patient time will come that it will even surpass its all time high record. They have some predictions for this in this year 2018.

Some of the investors fear any dip because they are putting on the line their hard earned life savings and we cannot tell them to hold it no matter what because certainly they will profit in the end. Being so patient would require you to be confident of losing whatever it is that you have invested and if so you won't have any problem with the dip. But for a person who says he sold his house and everything falls down, well it is something to get really worried about. I don't encourage doing this because everything is unpredictable in the cryptocurrency market.

Others believed that it is not good since we are exposing ourselves to possible identity theft. We send information to sites we never knew that could only bring trouble for us. Yet their are countries where their governments do require this. On my part I felt the same as others do yet we have to do this to get rewards or else we won't be paid for the hard work we do. It is a sad situation for bounty hunters to receive only a very small amount of reward while being required to do it.

Re: NEO VS ETH

For now I would say Ethereum is more preferable not to discredit the potential of Neo but I think ethereum had the advantage of being popular as it ranks second to bitcoin. Lately I have seen that ethereum didn't respond so much to bitcoins dropping of prices  Though it did dropped but not as high as bitcoin did so i think it is creating a message that it is by now making its own progress like its building its own future independent of bitcoin unlike when I first knew about it.

Re: How to avoid ICO scam
by

on 13/05/2018, 07:04:54 UTC
I think it is really hard to see good ICOs today because there is not just one but too many such that people will be dividing investments from one ICO to another. And with these situation ICOs could barely rich softcap and will end more like a scam. I think this is what is happening for most of the time.

I believe you. Time will come when ICOs will eventually stop because the world is filled with ICOs and the all the investors had just participated on. If there will be too many of them doing the same the investors will be divided such that there will be mo more customers to support such projects. As of now I think this is happening slowly.

Many also had complains about airdrop. I do also think it is not that worth sometimes. There are times when the coins or tokens givem are too small such that you will have a hard time trading it. I term it still better to do long term holding than day trading.

Re: Any chance to pump eth value?
by

on 08/05/2018, 23:30:13 UTC
Certainly there is always a chance for ethereum to be pumped up in value. But it is for certain that when something is pumped up the next thing that could happen is that many will eventually be dumping their coins which is also a bad idea. Because it will somehow create a landslide followed by FUD and again many will be losing their investments.

Losing around 80 percent is very low for   you to cut your loses. Maybe it would be better to just hold it until the  market is good again. Im certain that you will recover from it but as to the time nobody knows.

Re: FAKE ICOs Bounties. What to do?
by
Longfellow27
on 06/05/2018, 09:33:28 UTC
It is hard to determine which bounty is really fake or scam. Even the good ones failed and branded as scams. So i think to make it clear which bounty will be going to give you the real reward is by observing how their team had been making promotions. Some ICOs had teams that are so active that they really spent sometime for it and not just display it on the web. The team are well known and their personalities as posted in their websites are revealed correctly such that all other informations are available. You wouldn't be expecting a bystander or a person connected to many illegal activities be so active in making ICOs and sincerely offering his time and effort. So its a matter of knowing them. Maybe this will help in choosing the right bounty.
