You want to know what happened here? What caused this?
It has nothing to do with race, it has to do with the lack of a proper up bringing. Failure to provide a family unit which teaches how to act civilly in society. There is a cultural deficiency in the black community which has gene rationally lost focus on the importance of these qualities.
You have kids raising kids, who have no idea how to raise kids. Sadly, these same people are procreating and creating another generation of people who have never been taught how to act.
Its kind of like having feral animals. There is simply no way to fix it except to take control of an entire generation and force the teaching on them.
Until then, get a gun. That's the only way to protect oneself from animals on the attack.
