1. I do not need to read the entire thread before I comment. I only read the OP, the current page or at most the previous page if the pages are longer.
2. I do not need to check the dates aswell unless in rare cases. This is because, I make all my post in the current page, I don't even go to the page 2.
3. If there is anyone to be blamed, it should be the
Op for not locking a thread after it's aim is achieved or defeated or you blame the person that bumped a 2yrs old thread.
So, am I vindicated now?

Review my first comment in this thread and ascertain if it deviated from OP.
Again, the thread was just two pages and I went through them, there's actually nothing that was said that prohibited further comments.
I think my only crime here is that I commented in a thread that is 2yrs without looking at the date. But I also see it as not being a crime because I was not the person that bumped the thread, besides your comment appeared before mine.
If there's any act of spamming, refer to OP or the person that bumped the topic or others that commented before me.

Even I am completely newbie here but after reading this thread I have a lesson before giving any reply we need to read some history for better and relative matter right now @lovesmayfamilis is strong in his case you are not reading and posting about this ban is really poor judgment from you as OP is accepting that something happen as he got permanent ban, and you are talking about this is completely none sense.
Now better accept your mistake and close this chapter is good for you and others as well because more talk can create more problems you are also good as in just few months you already have some good number of merits which is not easy so end this topic and go ahead with some other talks or subjects on this forum.
