After last nights act of international terrorism, popularity is not the concern, longevity of crypto is the new concern, once they start chucking nukes around, we will have no internet and very likely no electricity, I suggest you cash out as much as you can as fast as you can...

Any chance of a wallet update please? if we can add a few api calls ORB can be added to BarterDex Cheesy

What API calls should be added?

It might be an idea to jump into https://komodo-platform.slack.com #tradebots I'm asking but guess nobody who knows is awake yet. Smiley

I don't do development on chat talks generally. If they want specific API calls, I'd like to see this somewhere in their platform's documentation.

All I can find myself is as follows

Quote
Do I need anyone’s permission to add [X] coin to BarterDEX?
As the BarterDEX core engine is fully decentralized, anyone can use it to perform atomic swaps between any coins that are properly designed. Permission from any third party is not needed in these situations (not even from us!).

Some of the features that must be in the blockchain’s code for the product to work (without additional effort) include Multisig, CLTV, and OP_RETURN.

If those are in the code of the blockchain, adding it to BarterDEX is quite easy.

Im guessing none of the devs are awake yet, as still not getting any reply on slack, will update when I know more Smiley

Will you all please get with the program, look up the archive of polo and compare active users from a year ago... Thanks to the incorrect application of KYC stupidity Polo have already lost 3 quarters of their user base and even more volume, crypto has been murdered...
With all the problems that bitcoin had experienced and all the false news that circulated I don't think it lose its popularity. There are still lot of people who has interest with it and keep on investing in bitcoin. It might be down but it will never fall cause bitcoin is strong with the unending support of its users.

Its users are exiting stage right as fast as they can and not re entering because they have the brains not to hand over ID Cheesy

Coins are going down because bitcoin price is going down which is due to so many people panic selling and then the FUDs from the last couple of weeks have been quite glaring and daunting but now we are seeing a recovery.

It is fake Wink

As we all know that we have recently experienced the correction in last couple of months in Bitcoin, it affected altcoins too so it created domino effect in the market and price is falling. However, I am expecting price to recover from this month and we will see a fresh all time high level before Dec 2018. At this point even if the market is in the green mood, there are the investors who were waiting for exit opportunity and selling their investments.

As much as I want to agree with you, its an impossibility, it can not rise while this incorrect application of KYC is ongoing Sad

They are all tanking because NOBODY is stupid enough to hand over ID to idiots who have no need for it... Roll on a penny a coin
I trust in the developers to continue doing a great job and promised myself to separate this coin from my portfolio, period!

There are a lot of scandals, fake news and so on. I think that just will continue and become even more sophisticated.

I had a break from reading the news and checking my portfolio for 3.5 years (2014 - 2017) Why, because every time I did - I ended up questioning my own judgement, the tech, my evaluation. Same stuff was going on as it is today, people were screaming and articles would be saying it died. You could find predictions contradicting each other every day.

I don’t consider the odds are high, to predict the fall of bitcoin if that ever happened, the spreads on the exchanges are not to huge and if someone sold a huge aka Winklewoss twins amount, it would flash crash and go to zero, with all buyers not placing new orders. But this I don’t think will happen, probability is not high in my opinion.

Allow me to rephrase, sorry but NOBODY is stupid enough to hand over ID, just look at polo, this time last year over 30000 active users at any one time, now they claim to have under 10000 traders active and online, which is very likely a manipulated figure, they probably have less than 1000 users active at any one time, and it is al because they are extorting ID incorrectly, KYC = know your customer, funny thing is though, we don't buy anything from the exchanges we buy from other users of exchanges.

They do not need our ID and will not get it, there is no demand, nor will there be while the ID game is on going...

i think it is good to Know your costumer (KYC) but community should take seriously about the data they collect from us, so the data are not used for every negative activity.

They do not need it, if we do not give it, it can not be compromised Wink

Aww did I touch a nerve or something???

Fact remains NOBODY is stupid enough to hand over ID to buy bitcoin or any other coin...

Supply and demand tells us there is no demand, that is why the price is tanking...

If you want bitcoin to rise from the ashes, YOU need to annoy the exchanges into outlawing the incorrect application of KYC, once KYC has been outlawed and people believe they will never need to hand over ID to brainless idiots, then demand will return, but not before!!!

Even if the value of bitcoin now is still dropping .
I can't see any loses of popularity of it.
Because there are so many people who are interested to it and they are still hoping that thru bitcoin is the way to lift their life to poverty.

And all the early adopters are cutting and running for the hills because of the incorrect application of KYC by retards who own exchange sites, we do not buy from the exchange, we buy from other users of the exchanges, KYC does NOT apply and is exactly the reason the value is declining.

If you want it to go back up it is simple, educate the exchange owners into outlawing KYC and demand will return, but as long as we are extorted for ID expect a penny a coin!!

No it's not.. Bitcoin does not lose its popularity.. We all know that the bitcoin rate is fluctuating Because it is nature thing of every cryptocurrencies.. In now compare to all the other currency bitcoin is still higher than that.. Then how we say bitcoin loses its popularity..

No its crashing because of KYC. Buying bitcoin without anonymity is the exact reason it will never go back up, unless its manipulated!!!
