Interesting project. But what's its relationship with Lamden https://github.com/Lamden? It does look like many source code are similar.

When Lamden's development was killed, some community members took it upon themselves to bring the original vision back to life. No connection with the old team, although the current devs did have projects on the old lamden chain

tl;dr: https://pixelsnek.xian.org/ is fun!

Welcome to PixelSnek: Where Pixel Art Meets the Blockchain
In the world of digital art, creativity knows no bounds—except, perhaps, the size of the canvas. Enter PixelSnek, a unique platform that combines the charm of pixel art with the cutting-edge power of blockchain technology. Here, artists can create stunning images and animations on a 25x25 grid, and then publish their work to the Xian blockchain, where each creation becomes part of a decentralized, immutable digital collection.
Whether you’re a seasoned pixel artist or just starting to explore the world of grid-based art, PixelSnek offers a space where your creativity is both free and secure. With only 625 pixels to work with, every piece challenges you to think outside the grid and craft something bold, imaginative, and unforgettable.
But PixelSnek isn’t just about drawing—it’s about ownership, community, and showcasing your art in a new, innovative way. By leveraging the power of blockchain, PixelSnek ensures that your creations are yours to keep, share, or trade. Every pixel you place becomes part of a unique, verifiable digital record that you can proudly call your own.
Why 25x25? The beauty of a 25x25 grid lies in its simplicity and limitations. These small, square canvases force you to focus on the essentials and embrace minimalist design. Whether you’re designing a tiny animated character, crafting an abstract composition, or creating something entirely new, the small grid size encourages creativity in unexpected ways.
What Can You Do on PixelSnek?
•   Create Pixel Art: Use a powerful and intuitive grid-based editor to design static or animated pixel art. Choose from a wide range of colors and tools, and bring your vision to life with every pixel.
•   Animate Your Creations: Want to make your pixel art come to life? Create simple animations that fit within the constraints of the 25x25 grid. Each frame is an opportunity to add movement, energy, and personality to your artwork.
•   Publish on the Blockchain: When you're ready, mint your art directly onto the Xian blockchain. This ensures that your work is authenticated, time-stamped, and publicly available as part of a growing digital collection.
•   Join the Community: PixelSnek is more than just a platform—it’s a community of artists, creators, and innovators. Browse others’ work, participate in challenges, or simply enjoy the diversity of pixel art styles.
Own Your Art, Forever By publishing your work on the Xian blockchain, PixelSnek gives you true ownership over your creations. Blockchain technology ensures that your art can’t be replicated, altered, or erased. It’s yours, and it’s part of a growing movement to bring creative ownership into the digital age.
Ready to dive into the world of pixel art and blockchain? Start creating on PixelSnek today, and discover how a small grid can lead to limitless creative possibilities.

I tend to like finding the small cap gems. Found Doge early on, so sticking with that, as it's still very safe.
For #2 I'd go with Xian Chain, a fledgling startup that uses python for contracting, followed by Yeti on bnbchain

PChain and Request Network... or Spectrecoin are my bets :-)
Potential Projects with good tech and teams
I also bet with Spectrecoin, this is a very good project with a very good team. I have a lot of confidence in this project and it will certainly succeed and became an altcoin in the top 30

I wouldn't bet heavily on Spectre - they lost almost their entire dev team a short while ago who created their own fork. The leadership is a little lacking in technical expertise right now. I do hold a small amount from before the drama, but I don't expect much of it

I see they released a whitepaper yesterday as well. I've picked up a few thinking this is looking like a good project, although still in its infancy.

I am just a beginner in the crypto currency, while everyone saying this coin is scam, can anyone going to explain to me why so many people think this is a scam?

Look at the post directly above yours for a hint. There are a lot of red flags with this prooject, not the least of which is hiding the code under the guise of "protecting a patent"

Check out Masari - privacy coin, small market cap. It's also contributing upstream to Monero, so there's a lot of potential there

It's good to see realistic time frames. Lots of projects will promise moon and stars by next quarter, so this does indicate to me that you guys are serious about what you are doing.

When will the research for the new things promised in the roadmap start (blocktree and uncle mining)?

The conceptual design of uncle mining is already in place.  Now that the fork to CN-Fast is complete, development efforts are going to be channeled towards rolling out uncle mining (slated for Q3 2018).

Blocktree is the most intricate part of the road map and it will be the lion's share of development focus after uncle mining.  It has a tentative tag for Q1 but I am fairly confident the paper will be in place sometime in January.  It could come sooner also, but I would stick to early Q1 for the whitepaper.

There has been a lot of malicious activity in the CN space the past couple months, with a variety of attacks hitting small net hash coins.  Now that CN-Fast is live it removes many of the attack vectors that previously existed on CNv7.  This frees up development time, and we're all very excited to get started on the innovative goals of Masari.

What good is EOS if they are freezing accounts at whim? Completely antithetical to the block-chain philosophy

First post on here....

I am interested in investing fiat into masari, and  everything I read is positive, though I can't understand why it doesn't increase in satoshi value. My main motivator is the development team, and the clear communication with them on discord.

Maybe it is just the marketing that is lacking

I started buying and mining because of the active communication from the devs. I would expect as more people find out about this hidden gem, it will be more popular

Withdraw money from Yobit, as long as there is a chance or do not say later that you were not warned !

no idea what to do now. i'm not able to withdraw my xby tokens.

Convert to a coin you can withdraw (something low fee like doge), move over to cryptopia and rebuy there.

STOP SELLING AT ridiculous prices on cryptopia, move to Yobit! Its already gone up to 10 US cents since I posted this...
Can't Deposit on Yobit, which is why there is such a big spread

Ah that explains it. I wonder what the problem is.

There's a post on page 11 of this thread that indicates that they are on separate forks - not sure really, but reading through, it seems that deposits have been closed there for at least a year. I'm going to assume they won't be opening anytime soon. Pity 'cause that would have been a wonderful Arb opportunity

Edit - post #210
